Far away from mall road approx(1 km). Rooms are 2 dirty nd washroom smells dirty when u enterd in room frm d very first day of ur stay

First they lied about parking which they don’t have. They have a place 1 km away where they let you park their vehicle and you have to walk to that place for parking. They do not provide any pickup and drop. Hotel hygience is just horrible. There was a v bad foul smell in whole room. There were insects and spiders in whole room. Flush was not working. The worst of all they sent tea and tea had a big insect in it. When i complained, no one paid any attention. Never ever stay in this hotel. Hotel staff is mad. They do nothing whatever you ask them to do. This hotel is a 0 star hotel. Never ever stay here even for free.

Stay was nice but room and bathroom was not properly cleaned and road noise also in superior room we face

I could see spiders roaming around the pillow, not so much spacious, could find better stays in this price range

No reimbursement provided till now, due to mmt inconvenience had to book this hotel at a very high price which was pathetic to stay

The property 's location is too good. Just mall road 5 mint run. Near this hotel everything is near like the general store, street food, small dhabha's etc. Nainital lake is just 10 mint walking distance, zoo ticket counter & domino's pizza 15 mint distance. Over all good. Parking facilities are also available in different premises.

I book it for rs 7500 per day but i would say it should be 3000 to 4000 as per their location and facility. It's 1km from mall road and there is no kitchen, cafeteria etc. If u want to spend like rs7500 don't sty there.

It was a very plea-sent stay. Hotel staff was very good.

I booked The Corner for its location its not very far from mall Road and naini Lake. Room was great considering The price. The room service was also good. They accept special request too. Although The food items in The menu are very less but it tastes good. I suggest to book this hotel considering The price. Hotel staff are nice.

Giving average rating category of this hotel is totally waste and misguided for customers. Actually it's a twerrible hotel.

The hotel is located near bad a bazaar. Rooms were spacious. But is far from Naini Lake.

Nice and clean hotel, good food and service.

The hotel was okay but little costly considering everything. A few noteworthy points, the hotel is bang on the Road with front rooms having to suffer lots of noise from the Road. It is a bit far from the Lake. Going downhill is fine but coming uphill can be a task for the elderly. They claimed that they have the parking and I confirmed it through them directly and company as well. But they do not have any parking and you have to pay extra for parking lot. Few smaller points for feedback to the hotel. A few charging points were too loose and were not charging properly. There was a huge bug in bed, which means the cleaning of the bed sheets was not done properly. The bug cut on my arm too. Instead of normal kettle, they should place electric kettles in the rooms.

The hotel is maintained with good location, but its on the Road, so traffic noise are disturbing. Staffs are just fine, not very helpful or welcoming. They try their best. No parking space is there. Breakfast was not good. They make only egg and whole bath re with tea and toast.

Location is very close to Naini lake. Room is very spacious and clean. Good was good. Dining area a bit small but the hospitality of the staff makes up for it.

Hotel Was awesome. Location was also Good... But This Time MakeMyTrip disappoint Me.. Worst Experience Ever... I am Going Nainital with my someone but they are not confirmed my room..
