Review Of Hotel Vinayak

I had an excruciating experience in the Hotel Vinayak. The person who was in the reception is extremely audacious and every time misbehaved with my family members. The rooms are extremely dirty and full of bugs & insects. Even the beds are broken. The bedsheets & Pillow covers were used by the previous guest, without cleaning those things the staff provided the same things to use. In spite of several requests they didn't change the things. Even the blankets are without any cover, torn, dirty, damp. The strips of used condoms were inside the bed. Even the spiderweb was around the bed and rooms. There was no drinking water facility and geyser facility available in any of the rooms. The staff are completely unprofessional & do not pay any attention to our request. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I have spent sleepless night along with my family members. Even the the person who was in the reception made some derogatory remarks when we told them that lots of insects and canker were roaming in the bed as well as floor. Regarding this I have excalated mail to the customer support team but didn't get any fruitful respond.

It was all raining and I arrived with my family only to know booking is unsuccessful and we are not allowed to enter late at night in raining

Food was good. But the hotel and rooms are not clean and not hygine. Also, there was smell of dustbin in the whole hotel whereever we go. Hotel Staff was not responsible regarding the cleaning of the hotels and corridor. Location is good, food is average however stay in hotel is poor experience. There were garbages spreaded overall hotel and it stinks and hotel staff doesn't care about its cleaness. Spider web are still there in bathrooms and rooms are wet. May be due to the water leakages

Location was good but the room was.horrible, wooden coated room with moisture dirty, fungus,unhygienic bad smell without any window and ventilation, dirty mattresses, old and dirty blankets, funguses on wall wet- wet type mattress. it was very horrible to sleep two night in that room. How you all can attach such type of room in your group.

My stay at the property was extremely disappointing. The location was unhygienic, as it was situated near a garbage dump, which led to a constant foul smell. The room itself was poorly maintained — it had a musty odor, lacked basic privacy with no curtains, and the foot mat was filthy. Spider webs were visible in multiple corners, and it was clear the bed sheet had not been changed before my arrival. To make matters worse, there was no running water available during parts of my stay. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

literally very bad service, staff was also not cooperative..hotel do not have a parking lot..very dirty bed, rooms toilet, even the water bottle they are giving is also refilled with normal water not the packed one.

this is hotel with no facility,no cleaning of rooms,waiter n manager behave rudely.they say u book this hotel via app so u will not be given any facility.room was not cleaned for two days.kinsly banned this hotel from these booking app so that no body else should experience such a worse.

Reaching this hotel is very painful. It is actually not a hotel. Very old man's home. Very ugly looking, very small room, very bad accommodation but price is too high. If anybody want to spoil his money and want to stay in hell then select this hotel

The facilities of hotel vinayak were absolutely poor. Neither the bedroom was clean, nor was there a foul smell inside the toilet and the room. Even after asking the manager, the room was not cleaned. He said that if you want to stay then stay here and we will not provide you any other facilities. At the time i am return so i don't have any pic. Bad experience
