I recently made a booking through MakeMyTrip (MMT), and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was given a room that was in very poor condition. I was informed that this was the only room available, which was quite disappointing. The room had a persistent unpleasant odor, lacked proper ventilation or a usable window, and the washroom door would not close properly. These issues made the stay very uncomfortable and did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I hope MMT takes necessary steps to ensure better quality control and transparency in listings in the future.

No basic facilities are available. There were many toy instruments in the room but they were useless. TV was not working, Intercom was not working. There was no prior declaration but the hot water was available between 8-10 am only. Sometimes there was no supply of hot water after 9.30 am. The bed linens were dirty and the towels were age old. The hotel does not have a credit card facility for payment.

Room was good and spacious. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is located at the hill top which is 600 meter away from mall road and naina devi temple. Food was delicious. They dont have Ac in their rooms because of Cold temperature here in Nainital. hot water timings 8 to 10 AM.

Room was poor, furniture was also bad and smelly. Moreover there were mosquitoes spiders and other insect on the ground floor. I had booked room with balcony but they gave me room on the ground floor because of no availability of other rooms(as per them). I couldn't raise a complaint on time because of the poor network in that area. No WiFi or intercom available in the room. Couldn't believe can provide such a room. Happened for the 1st time but pathetic experience. Had to shift to some other hotel next day.

Property’s food was ok, location was below average and facilities were below average too. No availability of hot water 24/7, kitchen services were not 24/7, no lift, there was no dental kit given. location of the hotel is average, but Maintenance is very low. I travelled near Christmas and linens were not proper, even after requesting to change the brought linens with mark and also there was gaps between the doors through which cold air was coming
