location is very good.near to bus stand and lake.market is very closed to this property.Easily available foods, grocery and other items shop near to hotel.Hotels breakfast is also good.family room is spacious,neat and clean.washroom is also clean.Hotel night manager Mr. KUNWAR JEE is very polite and supportive.his customer support is always available.If you want relax and peaceful stay with family,then must visit to this hotel.

Good property, Near to mall road & lake. Also Day & Night manager well spoken and very helpful The property was good, the manager Mr kuwarji was very polite and well behaved. Food was also good. Location was near to lake and mall road. It's on the road.

I had an amazing stay at Vansh Residency, Nainital! The food was absolutely delicious and prepared with great attention to hygiene, which really stood out. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beautiful Naini Lake, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend Vansh Residency to anyone visiting Nainital.

It was a very good stay. Location is very good, It is near Naini Lake and walking distance to Mall Road. Special mention to Mr. Kunwar, the GM of the Hotel. He was very kind, We reached 4 Hrs before check in time but He arranged Room for us almost immediately. Food was also good though We had only Breakfast. Mr. Kunwar also arranged 2 Days tour plan and provided cab facility at reasonable price. All in all It was a very good experience. Hospitality was top notch, all Staff was very good and polite and even Driver of our Cab for sightseeing which was provided by Hotel was very nice and humble.

The location of the hotel is superb, just adjacent to Naini Lake and the Mall Road; but it is a few meters away from the main road inside a bit congested market. The room I stayed in was quite spacious and had all the facilities as specified by the Property Owner. The cleanliness level of the room as well as the toilet was of good standard. The staff was caring, submissive and cooperative. Night manager Shri Kuwar ji was ever ready to take all pains for the comfort and convenience of the customer. Among the other staff, Rohit, Ashu and the restaurant Incharge ( whose name I couldn't ask) were nice and well behaved. During my one day stay, I ordered tea, coffee and Thali food from the restaurant and I relished every item. The food was homelike and delicious. Though the hotel is small in area and size, and has some locational drawbacks, it is highly recommended for low budget travellers who aspire for comfort and convenience in a meagre budget.
