Hotel Mount N Lake (10 min walk from mall road)

I have book 2 rooms is semi lake view room but i have doubt is 1 room is very big and adjusted and 2nd room is very congested..

the staff is very very rude. don't know the meaning of hospitality.. forget about hospitality they don't have basic manners and etiquettes.

Hotel Room was very small. This made walking difficult. The water flow in the hotel bathroom was very low.The hotel servicing was also not up to the mark. The hotel location being at a high altitude also caused problems.

Horrible stay. No vehicle reaches this place,Rooms had cockroaches, toilets were dirty, and overall hygiene was terrible. Food was a joke, barely 1-2 options available. Absolutely pathetic and unethical. Worst experience avoid this place at all costs.

It was a very dirty hotel nd the staff’s behavior was extremely bad. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Honestly, I’m usually quite adjustable when it comes to hygiene, but the management of this hotel was extremely poor and unhygienic. The bathroom and toilet were so dirty that it’s hard to even describe. There was no staff around except for one manager, so we couldn’t even ask anyone to clean it. We stayed for two days, and in that entire time, no one came for room cleaning. We didn’t receive any toiletries, and even though it was mentioned that a kettle would be provided, there wasn’t one — just a jug. The mattress was filthy, the curtains were torn and falling down, and the blanket smelled awful, like it hadn’t been washed in ages. Sleeping at night was really difficult. They also mentioned that the hotel is within walking distance of Mall Road, but it’s actually around 3 km away with a steep uphill climb that easily takes about an hour to walk. I had made the advance payment after seeing the pictures online, which turned out to be completely misleading — and that was my biggest mistake. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and honestly torturous. Staying even one night there was unbearable, and it felt like a complete waste of money.

wrost hotel in nainital.Whatever facilities they are mentioning here actually not available in their hotel.They don't even provide a electric kettle.They don't have any parking in their hotel even the tap in their bathroom was not morning (8am) you can't expect any beverage from their resturant as their staffs are sleeping on that time.

Hotel is too far from Nainital lake. Walk 20minuts for lake to hotel not 10 minutes

I booked Deluxe non view room, when I reached hotel. So the marble of the room was very dirty and the door of the room was also very dirty and there was a lot of dirty smell coming from the room.So I asked the hotel staff to upgrade my room....So later the room they gave was quite nice, beautiful and with lake view. I charged extra for that room, which was acceptable.So what I want to say is don't go with deluxe non-view. You can go hwith deluxe lake view which is a better room

This is my worst experience in property terrible staff behaviour reception charge me extra 600rs just because I check out 1 hour late this is unacceptable staff service

3rd class services at the price of 3 star hotel, very unprofessional and rude behaviour staff, no phone pickup by reception when I confirm the restaurant location, dirty and dark room smell inside floring are broken, spider runs in wall, lots of mud into almirah , dirty fan, staff is not in proper hyegine hotel manager is shifting to Delhi so don't Care by anyone Never recommend to anyone I personally request to make my trip please don't suggest these kind of hotels in your app if you have a black money so you stay here I'm very disappointed with my family also waste my money

The moment I entered the room it smelled terrible. Everything was dirty - bedsheets, pillows. I traveled with my family and we were so uncomfortable there. The washrooms were dirty, we found dust everywhere. Room service was okay but we wasted our money. we will not recommend this to anyone

Rooms are very small also issue of Monkeys a lot even you can not stand in balcony. In the room valley view premium lots of insects were there, and even my family could not sleep.they mention near to mall Road there is atleast 1 km steep hilly road named birla Road and you can go there by hiring a cab or local taxi only.. if you are charging no amenities as such no tooth kit/ No sleepers / breakfast is also limited only like parantha and poori bhaji only that too fixed per person. my only submission is at these prices better hotels available near lake area and mall Road. Also I rate zero for the amenties/ Room / Breakfast. moreover Property owner is very rude and room service is also limited from 8 am to 10 PM only.

Room Service was ok but food service was not good they only had 2 to 5 items in menu ie dal Harrar , Jeera Aloo, Paratha , Paneer & Maggi whereas MENU CARD was filled like anything. BEWARE if you take your CAR they have only 3 Car Parking available and you that if you take your CAR OUT from Parking for SITE SEEING You may not get PARKING AGAIN. Walking to MALL ROAD is 20 Mins for OUTSIDER and for LOCAL it’s 10 Mins and HOTEL way is to Steep only ONE CAR can Pass else you will have to take car back. I AGAIN SAY LUNCH AND DINNER THEY SERVE ONLY 4 items nothing else so take food from outside.

First time journey is Nainital but so good hotel for Hotel Mount N lake and Lake side in deluxe room
