Just the name but no facilities

The stay and food was good. The minus point was the washroom. They have not kept up washrooms with modern amenities and is very very worn out. Apart from that the rooms locks were with not with modern technology and still using keys to open. Even for extra bottle of mineral water they were charging, whereas in other 4/5 star property you get it for free even after complimentary bottles are given.

Good Stay

It was pleasant stay except transportation from/to city center boating and mall road. Food was excellent. Bed and mattresses were very cozy. Staff were very good. Will love to come back again.
