The staff at the property were exceptionally courteous and always available whenever we needed anything. The live music night was a standout experience—truly the best we’ve attended, thanks to the incredibly talented singer. Property was neat & clean, staff was very cooperative, location is very good with parking and food, as per our demand, we got non garlic non onion dishes without any ha na and it was very tasty. We also liked complimentary high tea. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and pleasant stay.
It was a pleasant stay. Nice food as well as courteous staff. Music was live during both breakfast and dinner time which was very soothing.

Average Stay
location is very good. Hotel is quite dated and requires complete renovations. I believe they are closing down in July to renovate and reopen as a Park inn by Radisson. I wish them all the best.

Just the name but no facilities
The stay and food was good. The minus point was the washroom. They have not kept up washrooms with modern amenities and is very very worn out. Apart from that the rooms locks were with not with modern technology and still using keys to open. Even for extra bottle of mineral water they were charging, whereas in other 4/5 star property you get it for free even after complimentary bottles are given.

It was pleasant stay except transportation from/to city center boating and mall road. Food was excellent. Bed and mattresses were very cozy. Staff were very good. Will love to come back again.
