These people really know the meaning of being caretakers. They really take care of you whether it's cleaning, support or the delicious food that they infact cook fresh an hour before you eat. This turned out better than my expectations.

5/5 a truly wonderful stay , this hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. the staff were so kind and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. the room was super clean, cozy, and had a really calming vibe. i felt relaxed the entire time. the food was great too simple, fresh, and tasty. everything just felt smooth and well taken care of. it was one of those stays where you actually don’t want to leave. definitely coming back next time. 😊

It was nice staying at this property. The location of the property is very much in front of Naini lake to have full view which is very exciting . The food quality is very good and hygienic . Staff are very supportive and co operative and well behaved . Provided all the hot water toiletries, tea kettley , dining table , sofa set , balcony chair and table etc .. overall a very good place to stay with family and your loved ones Location of the property is very excellent and just in front of lake with nice view … properly is new and clean and nicely managed. We were the first customers to stay there so they provided us with a welcome basket. The rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. Location was also okay. There was some issue with hot water but was later resolved. Overall, a good experience.
