Property location is too good including the ambience, rooms are also neat and clean with pleasing view from balcony. However the drainage system of bathroom needs to be improved.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience — the rooms were excellent, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. A special mention to Sanjay, the driver, who took us on a memorable trip to Bhimtal. He guided us thoughtfully throughout the journey, making the experience truly worthwhile. Food was also amazing and Delacious

Property location is quite far away from main Nainital but its a plus point who are looking for peace of mind. Cleanliness is top notch and property is in good condition. The only minus point is service and food. Food is below average and there is no option nearby so you’ll have to order from inhouse kitchen. Just an advice please improve your food quality and service

1st day dinner that we order was foul.. rest all was good. Rooms were good but cleaning was not upto the mark. Staff is very polite and they didn’t the cleaning when we complained.. they need to improve on their service

We found the property to be more pricey than it actually offers. Having said that I would like to say the staff is very dedicated and offers the best of the services. Food is good. The best part of this hotel is the view it offers from the room. The location where this property is situated is little offbeat however that's the Highlight of this stay. Would definitely recommend this to everyone for a memorable stay due to the beauty of nature it provides you to unwind yourself. Shout out to Sagar(Property Manager) and Himanshu (Waiter) and the rest of the people who served us there. Even though we don't know your names we are truly grateful for making our stay comfortable.

Check-in was late and no facility of early checking was given as mentioned in make my trip booking 2.we orders tea before 5 minutes checkout and then they said sir you will have to charge if you are only one minute late.3. Manager behaviour so rude 4 i want refund money 5. Food quality was very bad

Stayed here for a night & I must say they have very neat & clean new rooms full of all the amenities. Food here is very delicious, much recommended. Mr. Sagar & team made our stay comfortable.

Location is very good. Rooms were good. Breakfast variety was very limited and same menu was repeated daily. Food taste is ok and not very good. Staff is very limited and service was very poor due to less staff and hotel staff professionalism is also missing as they doesn’t seem to be trained.

Wasn’t worth the price at all. Even the services weren’t that good - Requested for a towel didn’t even get that, food tasted average but too pricey, had to check out early no one was on the reception, car parking is also not available in the doorsteps! Better options are available in the area.
