Dear Sharad, I appreciate your feedback on your stay with us. You've made some valid points about the patio area and we understand where you're coming from. However, your mention of there being no chair or adequate seating is something which is already mentioned in the site through which you have booked. The next higher category which is Luxury Rooms has a Sit out Balcony. With regards to non smoking - this is also clearly mentioned in the site and this has been implemented to ensure that the next guest doesn't feels uncomfortable due to the tobacco smell of the previous guest. Though for the convenience of the non-smokers we have kept few smoking zones across the property. Dear Nandlal, We deeply regret to hear about your disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate that your stay with us was not up to the mark. We fully understand your concern and frustration regarding room allotment and the mosquito issue. We have already explained you during your stay that as the hotel is nearer to nature we need to be careful while keeping the balcony door open. The rooms which you have booked are not always available next to each other though we try for the same. We have shifted to a Higher category Family room good enough for 4 people after you agreed for the same. We also understand your grievances related to the refund for the second room; the nonrefundable booking condition was also informed to you while you made the booking. Dear Sharad, We understand your concern. The standard check in time is 2 PM. You reached hotel around 10Am and were waiting for the guests to check out. Once the rooms checks out we also need time to clean the room. Around 12:30 you went outside the hotel and came back around 14:30 hrs, and immediately the room was offered.
