Hotel not maintained poor property but food and service was excellent, I m not recommend to any my relatives n friends

Great room, Brilliant beautiful property, clean pool.. well maintained and near to well equipped market and eating points and cafes. In house restraunt serves delicious food

Our stay at Country Inn Bhimtal was nothing short of wonderful. The resort is nestled amidst serene natural surroundings, offering a perfect blend of peace and beauty. The cottages were cozy, private, and truly gave us a sense of calm and rejuvenation. The hospitality here deserves a special mention—every interaction felt warm and genuine. The food at the restaurant was delicious and freshly prepared, and Deepak Mehra from the restaurant team went out of his way to make our dining experience delightful. Kishan from housekeeping ensured everything in our cottage was always neat and immaculate, while Sanjay from the front office welcomed us with warmth and was always ready to assist with a smile. A special note of appreciation to Mayank and Suraj from the management team, whose attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort made our stay extra special. If you are looking for a blend of nature, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, Country Inn Bhimtal is the place to be!

It highly need to maintain the property it was smelling and the walls were not in a good condition too it need to repaint and the snooker table was in too bad condition was not able to even see it!

Hi! Through the property is big but not at all maintained, our rooms were not in good condition. There was no cutlery (even basic). Beds and the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. We traveled for 10 hours by road and then also there was no welcome drink but we got when asked for 2-3 times. It is way expensive in comparison to the amenities and facilities. Overall experience was not good. However, the staff was well behaved.

Property location is ok , And its very well spread out with plenty of greenery and flowers etc. But rooms needing upgradation as furniture , cabinets etc all very old and shabby. Food also wd say is just ok. Nothing grate. I mean they hv so much of area and its full season , no bonfire , bbq , no bar/drinks. In fact they dont have a liquor license. Overpriced.

Spacious property but rooms interiors are too old and doesn’t give the vibe of even 2 star property. Not worth the price, breakfast and dinner buffet spread is below basics.

Let's talk about property first, it's huge, lush green all around, calming, big trees but it is not maintained, there are no clear paths to walk around, it's like a jungle... Rooms are good big, spacious but furniture is half baked, like they started to build something and didn't finish it off. Food, this is the pain area. Breakfast nothing for kids here, no bakery item or variety. Dinner, totally tasteless food. The customer should get the experience of a resort when paying so much, seems it's more suited for the membership crowd and not the one time tourist.

Facilities were good but the ambience can be improved, also there were so many monkeys in the resort which made it feel unsafe lightening could be improved. The food was very expensive. The prices for the activities were too much. These things must be improved. It was a good experience overall.

The campus of the hotel is undeniably beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful trees that create a lovely first impression. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The rooms and the property overall are extremely old and not maintained well. Fixtures were outdated, cleanliness was average at best, and basic upkeep seemed to be lacking throughout the stay. Another major downside was the food – not only was the taste quite average, but the prices were unreasonably high for what was offered. It felt more like you’re paying for the location than the actual quality of food or service. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re only looking to enjoy nature and don’t mind compromising on comfort and value.

The open space is superb. So many different types of trees. Tranquil and serene environment. Food was okay. The rooms however urgently need an upgrade.
