Although location, building are good rooms are also okay. But food has nothing no taste and nothing new. Tea was miserable, no outdoor sitting or bonefire facility. No bar or drinks available.

familyOnly cottage rooms are good, rest other rooms are small, hotel lacks professionalism, no buffet sometimes in breakfast, only 3-4 items in breakfast, not upto quality of 4* hotel.

Terrible Stay
We called the hotel to get the directions since google maps was showing us wrong path. We contacted hotel as well for direct location from the main road. The person from the property who picked the call said he cannot help with directions and use maps only. Because of this we were stranded on a dark single road path for nearly 2/3 hrs at night.

Perfect place
Very spacious rooms with all facilities and quick room service. They have a huge swimming pool in the property.

Lift and swimming pool
Lift was mot working, i was stayed at the property for 3 night and 4 days. But lift was not working, the staff intentionally switched off the power of life ( dont know why). My sister has some issue with her leg, but they where jot ready to turn lift on. Swimming pool should be outside, so can travellers can use the pool. Indoor pool is always so cold, we cant use pool due to chilled water. Swimming pool is also not so clean. And yes! the foood was just amazing, the staff is so so good and helpful.

Merak hotel was a good property.
Property was good and food also great. Staff was very polite and humble and supportive nature of everyone.

Average Stay
Resort is good. However, it requires maintenance. Rooms are not good at all, even their premium rooms are low as 2 or 3* property. Rooms are not the same as shown in the pictures, which may be due to no maintenance. Bathroom and wc is pathetic. Menu is overpriced and not really tasty. Over all the resort is not 4* property. Staff is cooperative and good.

Excellent stay at the merak resorts bhowali bhimtal
The property is on the way to kanchi dhaam and is very beautifully built with green lush huge garden. Staff is very cooperative and sincere. Food was also good. Recommended to stay in cottage

Rooms were so congested and not maintained. Location is good, staff is good. Overall a ok ok type experience.

Excellent Stay
The stay was pleasant. It’s a well maintained beautiful property in scenic location. The property is huge with all facilities like swimming pool, garden, activities, dj, parking etc. Service was prompt and buffet spread was amazing with great taste. Overall a really pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Stay comfort
It was plea-sent stay at merak, hospitality was awaysome, people are polite and quick responaive. Specially amit and kishore was very cherish personality. Resort alao providing the live music in evening. Except one or two things in sports n advanture activities, all the facility is good.

Terrible Stay
Swimming pool is under maintenance, we paid 6000 rs extra money for 4 children, when i done my booking the childrens price is included in the booking but when we reached hotel reception said for extra money

Good stay
familyIt was a good stay at the hotel, housekeeping service was very quick and prompt. Food was good, staff helping and well behaved. However the property needs some maintenance as we noticed, taps leaking, bathroom lock not proper, electric kettle not clean etc.
