They treat you as a proper guest. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lip smacking delicacies. Cheap place. For travellers. A must visit if you are in a budget. Please opt for the rooms that are on the terrace ... The view is great.

Location is good, Room service is also good, but room is not up to the mark as per categories Deluxe or super Deluxe, they don't have swipe machine, WiFi connection don't expect any amenities services shown in make my trip, even they don't kept any information regarding bookings from MakeMyTrip you need to wait for confirmation. Room wise they are charging more amount most of the room was vacant & electric socket is not working, unclean fan they have shown sold out rooms but exactly is not.

Almiras are old and not properly cleanedthe toilets should be clean and the gadgets should be functional. Location is OK in respect of the view, But the road leading to the hotel is in bad shape. Food is average but one can get his options ordered. It's more of a home stay types.

Location is a bit inside from the road so it's difficult to park the car however valley view from the rooms is amazing & relaxing. Overall a good experience but my expectations were bit high as they have bornfire with normal music system but they don't allow to drink outside as they don't have the license.

I have to admit this was a wonderful experience. Cottages were extremely well maintained and clean. Staff are very helpful and were taking personalized care. The location was excellent and perfect for nature lovers. Anybody searching for a quiet, camp experience from the hustle and bustle of daily life in a modest price. This is exactly the place. Only loopholes found the place is slightly away from Ranikhet main market so evening walk in the market may not be possible and you have walk all most three hundred meters walk through the hills to reach the resort. Elder person may find it slightly difficult. And food service can be improved. Otherwise fantastic experience overall to see the snow clad Himalayas seating on the shack from the Camp. Bon fire in the night was a plus.

1. Manager needs to verify, re verify & again verify the online booking details. (UNFRIENDLY WELCOME). 2. Manager provides the worst available room and tries to argue that room provided is as per the online room TYPE selected(while MMT shows only 1 type of room). 3. Incidentally The OWNER happens to be present with his family at the site for holidays and keeps the BEST 3 rooms for himself(NOT EVEN CARING THE HOW THE GUESTS WOULD BE LIVING IN the other dirty room full of insects and bed bugs).

First of all, forget about hotel, how can makemytrip post fake photos of this hotel. Shame on you make my trip. If the hotel lacked facilities why are you sugarcoating his actions? Strange !! Don't book this hotel and even Make my trip is equally responsible.

It is budget property with necessary amenities. Restaurant is not in the hotel but near the hotel. Rooms are bit small but cleanliness is good. 24 hours hot water through gyser is a big plus. Go for it. Location is Center of the marketplace. View from room is hardly available.

Very nice hotel to stay. If you are with your family then its a great place to stay. Views are good and food is also very tasty. For couples also it's a good place to enjoy. Children play area, parking and spa is also there.

I would like to point out here two things. The place where we stayed wasn’t cosmos resort it was whispering valley. I have no complaints what so ever from the family with whom we stayed. I have issues with cosmos that the right image is not portrayed. I paid 3200 for a room where we had to share the washroom. By any means it wasn’t worth it. If the owners weren’t such nice people I wouldn’t have stayed there. This was kind of cheating I must say. When you are giving home stay please mention home stay and I booked a villa for good sakes all I got one room with shared bathroom.
