Rooms are well decorated, all facilities are good, location is best thing, and the himalaya view from room gallary is fantastic.

Overall average experience. Very bad toilets . Very costly food not suggest it very high value and less services.

Location: It's few km away from main market but it's a peaceful area. Since it's away you will enjoy the peace and Nature's beauty. Rooms : Rooms are nice. Service :Room Service is up to the mark. You will love the food if you like homemade food. Ambience of hotel is quite different.. With lots of flowers and different plantation. Owner of hotel Mr. Josh ji is very nice.. Down to earth and helpful person. Overall a nice place to stay for those who want to relax and want to stay some time away from heavy traffic pollution and stress.

Hotel was located on road side and near by Roadways bus stand at Ranikhet . The Hotel is a happy Birthday to you and your family are well as the grand tour of the grand tour of the grand tour of the with friends.

First of all, forget about hotel, how can makemytrip post fake photos of this hotel. Shame on you make my trip. If the hotel lacked facilities why are you sugarcoating his actions? Strange !! Don't book this hotel and even Make my trip is equally responsible.

We were extremely disappointed by the stay offered to us and would strongly discourage anyone interested in booking this property for following reasons. 1. Firstly, the photos uploaded on makemytrip are of an altogether different property than what we were offered. This qualifies as sheer cheating as we had selected this property based on these very photos. However, the actual property is not half as good as depicted in the photos and thus doesn't justify the price that we paid for it. Cosmos Himalayan Villas is clearly trying to dupe the customers off their hard earned money by uploading deceptive photos. 2. Secondly we paid for two independent rooms, however the rooms that we were offered were part of a villa which did not have even basic amenities like separate attached bathroom. This caused a lot of inconvenience as four of us had to share single bathrooms in spite of paying for separate rooms. Further the property was in a poorly maintained state, the furniture was broken and bed sheets were old. 3. Thirdly, when we contacted the person who had listed this property on MMT, he spoke very rudely and did not do anything to resolve the issue. Further they asked us to leave the property in the middle of the night, instead of giving us the rooms they had posted the photo of. Apparently, they have tied up with different villa owners in Ranikhet locality and rent out these properties on MMT through one single listing, thus misleading the customers.

OMG so tourture .. After check in they behave like boss even manager also going rude. Why MMT taking charge for such hotels. No proper light cleaniness is zero staff is making so much problme during check out

The location is quite good, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. There are taxis plying between the hotel area Kalika and Ranikhet main town making it convenient. The staff are very courteous, helpful and will do it all to make your stay comfortable. Food at the restaurant on roof-top is very good. The Kumaoni thali is particularly a great experience. There are quite a few variety of items available at the reception that can be purchased.

Location is good, Room service is also good, but room is not up to the mark as per categories Deluxe or super Deluxe, they don't have swipe machine, WiFi connection don't expect any amenities services shown in make my trip, even they don't kept any information regarding bookings from Make My Trip you need to wait for confirmation. Room wise they are charging more amount most of the room was vacant & electric socket is not working, unclean fan they have shown sold out rooms but exactly is not.
