The hotel staff and food were not very good. Amenities like TV and coffee were not proper. Only the location was good.

Power cut, no wifi for day 1. bad food preparation. on day 2 two of the cafeteria persons very helpful.

We felt great even before entering the gate, we were welcomed with a true smile as we stopped our car. The look and feel of the resort and then the hospitality was overwhelming. Also, food is like home made. I have recommended it to many of my friends. We all are very happy and will cherish forever.

This place very near by Kasar devi temple. They have good parking space. Staff is very good. Rooms are very neet and clean. Recommend.

Rooms are good. But the breakfast service was poor. No buffet and the order takes too much time. There was a lot of commotion and noise on both the days early in the morning which hampered the early morning sleep.

the standard rooms are very sub standard. there is no place to keep the luggage or even to keep anything like charging phone. The food is good and probably the view but for the price the stay is seriously not upto the mark

The Place has good parking...the stay is very comfortable...did miss the room heating though, but the room service does provides you with ample quilts to compensate for the same, the morning view of the ice caped mountains are mesmerizing and they make food as per your order so no complaints there as well.

It was really a great experience. I stayed there to celebrate my wedding anniversary, entire staff was very supportive and humble, they made all the arrangements like cake, decorations. Beautiful property nearby almora. Must visit place. Thanks

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Firstly, there were no fresh towels provided; the ones they gave us had stains, which was completely unacceptable. The TV in the room didn’t work as they had no network, and basic amenities like water bottles had to be requested each time – they were not proactive at all. Room cleaning was also neglected, as they didn’t bother to check or clean unless explicitly asked. Additionally, the breakfast included with the room is not worth it. They only served two dishes, which is far below expectations. The dinner menu was also frustrating, as many items were unavailable. Overall, the experience was subpar and absolutely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We went for a short family trip to binsar. Stayed at kesar himalayan heights. Amazing view of snow clad annapurna range. We had a deluxe room with balcony. Good amenities. The service boys specially krishna was too helpful with his smile. Good food at satya's cafe. Prateek was nice. A fine experience overall.

The stay is very close to Kasara Devi and the nearby cafe so a very convenient stay. However, the service was very okish.

Property location is good, food is good. But it lacks cleanliness! lack of ventation does not give fresh feel inside room !

The property is the closest to the kesar temple. It is eco-friendly property, neat and clean and reasonable.

Beautiful location. Average service and food. Neat rooms. No television. No intercom in the rooms and you have to make a phone call to reception or kitchen. Many a times they don't answer.

I stayed here for one night. I booked standard room, but after reaching there and see the room, i upgrade the room on first floor. Property was good but unplanned way to designed/decorate the room. Do not think about the necessary items that is required for a family. Staff are very cooperative and always available, but through only phone. No intercom facility. No dressing unit in the room. No one check what is there in the room or what is working. After checking i have called the service boy several time to fix issues or provide the missing items. It took around 1. 30 hrs to settle down. It is not expected after a long journey. Moreover for a room with rs. 5500, this must not be expected. L booked it showing the review and rating. After reaching i understood it is over rated. Only positive things is the position and view.
