Cosmos Himalayan Villas

Property is really beautiful with amazing himalayan view. Care taker mr. Naveen and his son vishal were very cooperative and provided their best.

A very beautiful and clean surroundings. Has a very beautiful balcony view which you can enjoy in morning evening or night. In the heart of nature a serene place. Travelled with family found it very comfortable. The food cooked by caretaker was delicious.

It reached in the evening at around 5 pm and found difficult to find the property because there was no sign board on the road. The caretaker arrived in 5 minutes and took us to the property but once we reached the place we forgot about the initial difficulty faced to find the property. The house is very well located and maintained. You have a clear view of the snow-covered peaks from the balcony, terrace, and lawn. Rooms are spacious, airy, well furnished and maintained. We were very well hosted by the caretaker. He took good care of us. Food prepared by him was finger-licking good. Undoubtedly the best property in the area. I strongly recommend it.

We were extremely disappointed by the stay offered to us and would strongly discourage anyone interested in booking this property for following reasons. 1. Firstly, the photos uploaded on makemytrip are of an altogether different property than what we were offered. This qualifies as sheer cheating as we had selected this property based on these very photos. However, the actual property is not half as good as depicted in the photos and thus doesn't justify the price that we paid for it. Cosmos Himalayan Villas is clearly trying to dupe the customers off their hard earned money by uploading deceptive photos. 2. Secondly we paid for two independent rooms, however the rooms that we were offered were part of a villa which did not have even basic amenities like separate attached bathroom. This caused a lot of inconvenience as four of us had to share single bathrooms in spite of paying for separate rooms. Further the property was in a poorly maintained state, the furniture was broken and bed sheets were old. 3. Thirdly, when we contacted the person who had listed this property on MMT, he spoke very rudely and did not do anything to resolve the issue. Further they asked us to leave the property in the middle of the night, instead of giving us the rooms they had posted the photo of. Apparently, they have tied up with different villa owners in Ranikhet locality and rent out these properties on MMT through one single listing, thus misleading the customers.

I would like to point out here two things. The place where we stayed wasn’t cosmos resort it was whispering valley. I have no complaints what so ever from the family with whom we stayed. I have issues with cosmos that the right image is not portrayed. I paid 3200 for a room where we had to share the washroom. By any means it wasn’t worth it. If the owners weren’t such nice people I wouldn’t have stayed there. This was kind of cheating I must say. When you are giving home stay please mention home stay and I booked a villa for good sakes all I got one room with shared bathroom.

Beautiful view with quiet and cozy place. Best for those looking for a relaxed weekend getaway, away from the noise and pollution. Rooms are OK. Informal limited parking space available, can accommodate maximum of 2-3 cars.

Its around 3. 5 kms from golf course, nicely constructed property which is beautiful, location is good but could ve enjoyed more if smokey pattern would vie subsidized, parking available, caretaker was a nice man, you need to order early so that fresh supplies can be procured. No fan, extra plug points for charging were not available in the room. Its a place where you won't find luxury but if you want to relax from daily hustle bustle of city life, then you may go for it.

Location was excellent along the top of a valley with perfect sunset view. The Villa was very well maintained and the service was very homely. A perfect home stay indeed. The owners Mr and Mrs Singh were friendly and hospitable. Food was homely and very tasty. Would definitely repeat my stay if needed.

Great Location, only issue was service, only one person handling everything, though we enjoyed, but the service and one person handling food, housekeeping and everything and when you ask anything answer was not possible or can not be done, you have to actually inform one day in advance even for a one cup of tea.

No sign boards to reach here, location in MakeMyTrip is of old villa .. Original one is quite far ... If you reach at night, you might be afraid .. But the place is safe enough ... Need direction boards and communication while guiding to location was wrong most of the times ...

Cosmos Himalaya is good villa for couple. We enjoy so much. Himalaya view are so nice. Care taker was a nice person his service was so good he cook so tasty food. There was I feel like home. I wanna go there again and again

Villa is really well main ted and worth visit. Best part is one can see clear view of himalaya. Property and its location is wonderful but I felt that owner should deploy atleast two care taker. Rest is awesome

Property located at very nice location, Himalaya Vally are best viewed, it's far away from. Ranikhet, service manager Mahendra best person for manager, food cooked by him was very nice reach to property are quiet difficulty.

Tucked away from the hustle bustle of Ranikhet, in a private estate, this boutique bungalow is a must-stay place. Constructed as a private residence with 4 well appointed bedrooms, each opening out to magnificent Himalayan range. The open courtyard in the front is well laid out. The cottage is furnished with exquisite furniture is very well maintained. The cook at the bungalow cooks as per your requirement. On the whole excellent stay. The best part is the views of Trishul, Nandadevi, Panchauli peaks that are just in front of you.

Location was excellent. Service was good. Excellent for calm and soothing time. It was very good to rejuvenate your senses and get rid of hassle bussle of routine life. Ranikhet was a small town not for shopping but just relax and chill.

The place is amazing - in arms of nature. This is actually a villa with a personal attendant. He was very helpful and co-operative. Took great care of us. The Himalaya view from the window was priceless. I would really recommend this place to all kinds of travelers.

Room service is not good, rest are fine, Mahender is not able to do all things he need one helper to bring vegetables and other things. Other things are good homely environment, beautiful garden, beautiful atmosphere and enough space for parking.

The general calm of Majkhali, the location of Cosmos, the staff, the neighborhood and the way the cottages are designed made the overall experience beyond delighful. Staying at Cosmos feels like staying at home on a regular weekend - relaxed. One suggestion would be to upgrade the fixtures of the house. For the kind of money you pay for the place, the house needs to be maintained a little better.

Located in a very peaceful surrounds. The property is very well-maintained. The staff was very courteous & kept a track of our feedbacks. In-house cook served really great local meal. Will surely like to visit again.
