It was a very bad experience. The Views and ambience of the hotel was not worth it according to the money spent.

Pool retreat is a great place to stay. Specially if you have kids and you are looking for a place where you and your kids can enjoy safely, i would recommend this hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. And rooms are very good, neat and clean. There's enough space for kids to play

And booking this hotel through you is also very much expensive as such the property is not much upto the mark or above to the rating if we compare to according the price.

Stay was very good and mind blowing, beautiful place but food was very poor and the quality was very cheap they should work on food quality.

I stayed 4 nights, excellent service, nice ambience, awesome interiors, food is also great, strongly recommend for stay if visiting ranikhet & nearby hill stations.

Rooms were good pool is nice and clean. Only issue was food. Very limited choice and not too well prepared.

It was an outstanding stay in pool retreat. It is a perfect combination of excellent hospitality, wonderful services, relishing food, hygiene and safety standards. All the aspects are kept in mind that what a customer expects when coming to this place. The place is a masterpiece of natural beauty all around. The pool is cleaned regularly and the ambience is very nice. I would recommend to visit this place as it is very relaxing and entertaining.

I booked delux room with terrace for 2 nights. First day i was given room with terrace. Next day when we were out for sight seen my luggage was shifted to another room without terrace without informing me. When i came back then hotel manager told me that my room has been shifted to other room as my room has been given to other guest. Pathetic behaviour of hotel staff. When we called for room service then they did not turn up in shifted room. I did not recommend this hotel. Location of hotel is also not good
