Location is good and even property has good views however the front office staff specially gaurav with spects was pathetic and no sense of respect for guests. Worst checkin experience till date, i have which i have never had earlier with any group of hotel. Such people just ruin the brand name and overall experience of guest after paying such a heavy amount. Behavior was horrible. Front office staff not good.

familyLocation is in valley. Height is about 5000 ft. Not cool. Rather warm. My two days 29 jun e to 1st july were hot and uncomfortable. Windows and doors you can't open for mosquitoes and monkeys. Fans are not adequate for 30 degrees c. Baths and rooms hardware are also not in good condition. Property is very beautiful. That's only good thing. Food is very costly.

Good service and staff but property needs better maintenance

We stayed for 3 nights and the service and staff were very good. Good food. The property upkeep was not as per Club Mahindra standard. The gardens, plants, etc were unkept. For a hill station kind of place it should have been kept better. Even the reception area had empty cupboards. Place needs better upkeep and maintenance.
