As you rightly noticed, the staff is courteous and dedicated, though during the peak months like May and June, properties in hill stations often face a real challenge with staffing. Being a seasonal destination, it becomes difficult to find adequate staffing during the busiest times, which can sometimes lead to delays in service. We understand this may have caused some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please know that we are continuously working on improving our operations and guest experience, even during high-demand periods.
