Wincliff Orchard Resort

It was an excellent Property with an amazing view. Staff was very nice and and the food was great.

I recently went to this resort with my family and when we reached there, there were a lot of stairs, my mother was not able to climb them at least a lift or elevator should be provided for old people. There was no reception. The service was slow. There was a disgusting smell in the washrooms. Also one of the plates was broken. I don't have any hate towards anybody and I would recommend to improve the quality of the resort.

We had a wonderful stay there the location is beautiful n serene. Service was awesome n very homely food. Would definitely recommend this place

Poor amenities but staff was good. Washroom was stinking, geyser was not working. Room was very dark. Staff was helpful got us hot water in buckets. They have some good fruit trees we were allowed to pluck few. View of himalaya from the terrace was stunning!

Room was not great as many amenities were missing as compared to the comparable hotel rooms we get at that price. However, the location, view from the terrace and particularly the two boys, sanju and abhay, serving the guests were remarkable. It's only for these reasons, i may revisit the place. Food quality is okay, nothing great.

Amazing location. Amazing view from the cloud terrace that they have. Delicious food, which feels like home made. Wonderful service from abhay and one more guy. No problems at all during our 3 nights stay. Recommended for those who want to stay in mukteshwar. All places are 30 mins to 45 mins drive from here.

Average experience, i booked family suite. Positives - good view, good service, since it is off season not much staff available but still with few staff the service was good and staff was friendly, peaceful area, food was good, geyser provided in bathroom, parking available. Negatives - though is called "suite" but room condition was not good, provide with kids play size plastic almirah in the name of storage, very small table provided, some of the electric switches not working, no intercom to connect with staff, no toiletries provided in wash room, nothing to hang towels in bathroom, broken tiles and sun is not directly coming to the suite room area so if you want sun heat that is not available.

View is awesome from the terrace. Staff is good and cooperative. Located on main road. Food is also good. One concern i have about whole stay was washroom was something which was a small disappointment. As tabs were not working properly. Rest everything was fine.

I stayed in this property with my family and this was a great experience being first time in mukteshwar. The property location is paramount and the nature connected feel and vibe was excellent from the lawn. The host and the entire staff of win-cliff resort was very supportive and friendly throughout the stay. The food taste was great too although i felt portion size should be improvised. Complimentary breakfast was wholesome and should be definitely considered by family travellers to have a pleasant memorable and a relaxed experience. Overall a superb experience and strongly recommend this property for stay in mukteshvar

Very nice stay, service was very good and staff was very cooperative and well behaved. The view from the property is very awesome. Property owners are very cooperative.

Breakfast lunch and dinner is excellent and staff service is good room size is fabulous bill view is amazing.

Beautiful place, beautiful people. Love the hospitality ❤️ value for money. Also don’t forget to meet buddy and ruby. Will surely visit again!!

Best location to stay in mukteshwar it was located at the height from where we can see himalayan views and the terrace of the property was amazing
