Our stay at Frozen wood was good. We booked standard room. It was quite small. There is no TV in any room. Place had scenic beauty and was quiet. Food was delicious. But buffet breakfast provision was not available. Staff was very cooperative. Staff member, Mr. Deeraj was very nice. He took us on trek to near by hill top temple. Overall it was good experience.

Frozen Woods Resorts This place is soo peaceful. Far from City lights and noise you'll find a cozy spot here. Nandadevi ranges are visible from your balcony. We stayed here for 3 days. Rooms were vey clean and comfy. Staff here is very humble and helpful. They'll take care of you for the days you are staying here and treat you like guests in their own home. They used to get sweets and prasad for us. One day they brought fresh ber. Ideally breakfast starts from 7.30 AM but the day we were leaving they came early in the morning at 6 AM so that they can pack breakfast for us. Food is very tasty and homely. As per your order they get fresh vegetables from Market and make frsh food. You can try best pahad saag here. We loved this place and definitely recommend. Visit this place if you want to relax and want break from your daily routine

It was an average and expensive stay

Location is really far from the city, 10-12 km from the city. Food was good but extremely overpriced. Service and staff were fine. Hotel was cleat. Room heaters should compulsory. Room was neat and clean. Would not recommend the property to anyone.

The beauty of this place is beyond words. Mukteshwar is a gem among hill stations. But what makes Frozen Woods stand apart is its hospitality. The staff is forever available at your service and their smile is infectious. The food cooked, entirely home style, beats a meal at any fancy restaurant in Delhi. We were lucky to meet the owner Mr. Manoj and conversations with him felt light and friendly. It is hospitality at its personal best. And the cherry on the top- our 2-year-old son loves his stay. He remembers the name of all the people he met (it's been almost a month since we visited there!!).

Hotel is located at a very beautiful location. Hospitality is beyond the expectations and makes you feel at home. Anyone who is looking for relaxing vacation and don't want very lavish rooms can of course opt for this hotel. Rooms and restrooms were clean. Only thing I didn't like - they didn't provide any towels and toiletries until you ask for that. Apart from this everything else was good.
