memorable experience to stay here...
it's a very beautiful resort, having supportive and polite staff. very delicious food. we recently visited that in 26- 29 june 25. and it was most relaxing trip ever. beautiful view and natural beauty really appeals. we also have a walk to nearby villages and have natural plums, arus and bubugosas. the only a bit of catch is that it's 700 MTRS below the main road and the way is very narrow and a bit adventures. so most of us can't drive the vehicle to the resort. but they provide drivers wo bring ur Vehicles down and up and u won't face any issue. some guests panics just because of this bus I think we should understand that uttarakhand is not a plain area and it's demography is like this only. so we should understand the fact that if we plan for such kind of area to visit, we should compromise some points then we will have a great and beautiful experience. belive me aur trip was excellent and if we visits mukteshwar then aur first preference will be this property only. Manish is the manager of this property and he is a very good host. the accomodation we booked was at a place where their was staff pantry nearby. their was no issue at that accomodation, only a bit noisy as staff were also visiting their area, so we requested manish that it's bit noisy so can we have same accomodation any where else, you won't believe he upgraded our accomodation at once and provided one of the best accomodation without charging extra... Although there are many properties their but aur stay at this place was one of our best stays....u should visit that once

Excellent location but poor service.
We stayed for 2 days for vacation. We absolutely love the location. Each room has its own balcony with very good valley view. Rooms are clean, probably newly built. However the service is very poor. There are very few staffs and they are very busy and overworked. Thats why they shoot past the time for breakfast or dinner. For example breakfast starts at 10 am, dinner goes on till 11 in the night. However the staff is courteous and well behaved. But they are poorly managed and overworked.

रिज़ॉर्ट का कमरा साफ-सुथरा और अच्छा था, और वहाँ का स्टाफ भी काफी विनम्र और सहयोगी था। खाने की क्वालिटी भी अच्छी रही, जिससे वहाँ ठहरने का अनुभव थोड़ा संतुलित हो पाया। लेकिन सबसे बड़ी परेशानी रिज़ॉर्ट की लोकेशन और पहुँच को लेकर रही। रास्ता बेहद खराब और खतरनाक था – संकरे, उबड़-खाबड़ और जोखिम भरे रास्तों से होकर जाना पड़ा। रास्ते में न तो कहीं रिज़ॉर्ट का कोई बोर्ड था और न ही कोई व्यक्ति मार्गदर्शन के लिए उपलब्ध था। बुकिंग के समय जो संपर्क नंबर दिया गया था, वह भी काम नहीं कर रहा था, जिससे काफी परेशानी हुई। इतना सब होने के बावजूद, रिज़ॉर्ट की कीमत उसकी सुविधाओं के मुकाबले काफी ज़्यादा लगी। जितना चार्ज किया गया, उसके हिसाब से सुविधाएँ और एक्सेसिबिलिटी दोनों ही निराशाजनक थीं। यदि आप यहाँ आने की सोच रहे हैं, तो पहले से पूरी जानकारी जुटा लें और रास्ते के लिए खास सावधानी बरतें।

Poor Stay
The rooms at the resort were clean and well maintained, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The food quality was also quite good, which made the experience of staying there a little better. However, the location of the resort was very disappointing. The biggest problem was the route to reach there – the road was very bad and dangerous. There was no board of the property anywhere, nor was there anyone to show us the way. The contact number given in the booking confirmation was also not reachable, which made us very upset. If you are planning to visit here, please come with complete information and full preparation in advance, as reaching here can be quite difficult.

Good Stay
stayed with family . The property is newly constructed very well in design and amenities etc all rooms are spacious with a balcony. Located at the outskirts have one way to reach the property so be cautious or call hotel staff to help you. FOOD IS GREAT IN TASTE a little expensive but ok because of quality .

Brand new elegant property 4 star+ , with beautiful mountain view cattages, located below 700 mtrs from main road , manager arranges driver to help u drive to d property. Tasty food bit expensive. Manager neeraj very cooperative man. Loved my stay there at vintage look cottage .👍
