Terrible Stay
Poor Location, not worth for 10,000₹ Poor hygiene. Washroom lock wasn’t working. Towels were having smell. Balcony room but didn’t have access to balcony because there were too many monkeys. Road Way to this property was terrible. Overall terrible experience

The support staff is hospitable and prompt,although I find the rooms not spacious and very dim which made the stay little uncomfortable. At this price you expect more comfort.But again the staff was excellent

Comfortable winter stay.
familyProperty is well maintained. Food is good. Great himalayan view from the hotel. Rooms are absolutely comfortable for a cold winter stay. Ample outdoor seating at the deck area for each room.

Hotel rooms are goods food hospitality is good no regrets

Approach road to hotel is in bad condition, it is 5 kms from the main road, there is hardly any road, it is very bumpy n scary specially at night, no internet in the rooms specially near the restaurant area, we were in 504. 503 no internet no mobile network, they didn’t have hot water in washrooms

Peaceful and pleasant stay in just
familyIt was a very pleasant stay in justa mukteshwar retreat and spa with family. Staff was very kind and polite. Rooms were near and clean, pool, jacuzzi, game zone and overall infrastructure of justa was extremely delightful. Food was very delicious and lots of options were there for breakfast and dinner. The only concern was the 4 km route from the main road to the hotel which was not concrete and in bad condition and also the w- fi connection was not proper. Network issues were there maximum times.

Good Stay
coupleThe hotel location is very good although it's little bit inside. The hotel has not any bathtub even in their highest room category which is unacceptable at this price point. Otherwise the staff is very cooperative and friendly.

Run down property needs significant improvements
I recently stayed at justa mukteshwar, and my experience was quite disappointing. Here are some of the key issues i encountered during my stay: poor approach road: the approach road to the property is in extremely bad condition, making the 4 km journey very uncomfortable and difficult. Cleanliness issues: upon checking in, we found the sheets were dirty, and although they were changed upon request, it was not a pleasant start to our stay. Run-down rooms: the room itself looked quite run down, with a lot of visible wear and tear. Additionally, there were many moths and insects in the room, which was quite unsettling. Monkey menace: the property has a significant monkey menace, making it unsafe to leave the room windows open or even to walk around the property freely. Water problems: there was no water in the washrooms when we checked in. It took more than 3 hours to restore the water supply, which was highly inconvenient. Lack of amenities: the room lacked a refrigerator, and the refrigerator in the kitchen was not working either. This was quite inconvenient, especially in such a remote location. Food quality: the food quality was just okay, nothing exceptional to make up for the other shortcomings of the stay. Overall, after paying a premium price justa mukteshwar did not meet our expectations and fell short in many basic aspects of hospitality. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
