Excellent location but the hotel lacks in value for money. It should have been priced at around? 3, 500

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff is so good and polite. Kudos to manager who responds to everything with a smile. Location is absolutely stunning. It is far from market but not that you need a taxi. There is a bit of track to reach it but you will love it. Hotel is very well meant. Since I have traveled across Great Britain I can assure you that this is true British property and from over 100 years hotel owners have maintained things as it is. Hotel has very nice area to sit and relax. It has lots of flowers trees even fruit trees and cute two dogs. Nanda devi and trishul peaks are visible from Hotel if sky is clear. Overall I absolutely loved it and if you are in Ranikhet you must stay here. You will fell in love with this property.
It was OK. Service was poor. N....

Stay warm not up to the mark. They were not cooperative. A mental **** person with us so if we asked for anything they use to say it will charge .. One person was not well and said that he won't be having dinner instead want a glass of milk only. They said they would charge for it.

Great property. Great view. Middle in can't area jungle ... Exciting amazing because of the location. Food was awesome and service good. Heaven for shanti lovers. Because of no Mobile network. Overall a great time over there. Great for a family holiday. Will definitely like to visit again and again
The most spacious room in any hotel we have ever been too. The regal feel, the quietness and the solitude. Clearly sums our stay in Chevron rosemount.. The dinner and breakfast was amazing and yummy! The location perfect.. The weather romantic and charming! We felt like a king & queen at the hotel, nature walks near the hotel refreshed us! Would love to come back again and again!

This was again a weekend getaway from Delhi. We booked this hotel online in a rush. It is located closer to Ranikhet Cantonment area in a very silent location. The property is 200 years old and belongs to old British diplomats. We reached quite late on Friday night and during the night time, it looked like a place from "the others" movie. I was scared to see big rooms with British interior and a big fireplace. But in the morning, we realized how beautiful the property was. The USP of this hotel is its garden which gives you a beautiful view of Trisul range. Sitting in the sun, with the look of snow capped mountain, clear Sky you can enjoy the simple breakfast from the hotel.
The hotel has some activities such as badminton, carom, gym etc, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to carry your own stuff as post sunset you would have ample time to enjoy games or just relax. One can take a walk at the park or go for Jungle walk like we did.
The room that we booked was Sun facing, so the room was bright orange in the morning making it quite romantic. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Would recommend this hotel for its location and beauty of the property.

One thing I loved about the hotel was the countless moments of 'wow'. The hotel price is low when compared to the comfort it offers. I and my mother stayed there for 3 days with a group of relatives. The scenery near the hotel is also very subtle. One can truly get lost in nature. The food is OK but the staff is very obedient. They even gave us breakfast complimentary.
I liked the stay minus one thing. There wasn't 24 hour hot water supply but all other things out-shined it.
