awesome stay well mannered staff recommended for nature lovers near by Ranikhet it's multiple areas to visit near by property

The worst hotel they took the money and never returned it's a sad story but i know my hard earned money will curse them for life.

It was a pleasant stay at xanadu, nice rooms with natural view. Himalaya range was visible from resort view point. Over all good place to stay.

While in resort do meet the owner mr. Chauhan, a great person with tremendous experience from hospitality industry. He also loves to share his experience while being associated with global hotel chains and his passion and love for his homeland.

Whole hotel room was full of spider webs and very poor service, boffay breakfast was having only two items. , snails in the room and whole hotel was empty that day look like ghost hotel

Resort was very nice, but a bit to far from main city and the wifi was a bit slow.

The service was not as expected.

Owner of property is very rude and does not know how to treat guests. Room quality is also poor. Will not recommend

Location is too far but scenic beauty is top class. Every thing was cleaned and all good.

Good Resort at a lonely place Majkhali a few km from central place of Ranikhet. Have a full rest, eat, read books, enjoy nature and peace. Ranikhet is boring, hotel is remedy.

Hotels overall location and ambiance is great. Surrounding greenery is very relaxing. Himalaya is visible from rooftop. Food and service were great. Helping and polite staff.

Hotel is quite far from Ranikhet approx 12 Kilometers. The staff is good and courteous.

Stayed there with the family for 3 nights. This is 12 kms far from ranikhet city in a place called majkhali. Majkhali is lonely place don't expect much from this place. In the morning you can take walk around and inhale fresh air. There are few local shops for tea, limited daily utility items etc may be 3 or 4. Don't expect much entertainment and also not much for children except a small jhula (miniature swing). There is not much to see around this place. Go to this resort when you want quite, calm and serene environment just to take rest and don't want to do anything. The resort is situated on ranikhet almora road. Almora is 32 km from this place. Lot of monkeys around the place. Some enjoyment though to see monkeys hip hopping on the trees. Rooms are good, big and clean. Room service is also good. There is no electric kettle in the room and therefore no tea coffee sugar sachets to make your own. No welcome drinks. Food is good we took Dal, roti (Tawa) mix vegetables normal meals, Gulab jamun were great they were fresh and tasty but 2 pieces costed more a bit costly I think. Didn't like vegetable pakodis. Small 8 pieces costed about more. Quantity is by far very less compared to price. This should not more. Tea was good. Costed 50 rupees per cup. One thing which came to my notice was electricity problem. Lights were constantly coming and going in regular intervals. Although climate was cool and it even rained on first 2 days so I didn't mind at all. In bathroom they gave soaps, two set of towels, shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion on first day. They never came to check this on second and third day. But I assume if I have asked for it they may have given it. But you have to ask. I asked for room cleaning on second day. They did it nicely. Staff is friendly and soft speaking. No swimming pool. Overall good stay. But there's lot to improve to make it a happening place. Like lightning bon-fire, make arrangements for children area by adding slides, toys room etc. A small pool will be great though. Make a place at roof for watching stars, moon, sky gazing is a good option for children and even for adults you can't do more than that in this place I suppose. Can place few birds, ducks, rabbit's, parrots to make it more interactive for children. Overall a nice stay we rested a lot. Mr.Sanjay at reception was very helpful. Thanks. Mr. Jitendra from room services was professional and always looking to make the stay more comfortable. He was attentive. Thanks. I was looking for a quite calm place to take rest so it was the perfect one for me. I leave others to decide. I will give good out of excellence deducted for swimming pool, children play area and overall outside garden, flora and fauna. Thanks.

Staff was awesome. Food was good

Food was good but price of roti is too high. Rooms are good.

The hotel needs to upgrade its services and The amenities. We were provided a double bed which was joined and had terrible back ache. The staff is not even aware of The norms of The hotel industry. Lot of improvement needed at The hotel. Overall stay experience has been below satisfaction level.
