Anantrasa Resort Shitlakhet

Right amidst the mountains for a complete cut off from the city life, delicious food and amazing hospitality. You can only hear the sound of chirping birds the entire time.

The property is at 6200 feet height making sure that you get low temperatures almost everytime of the year . Its full of nature, i spent a lot of time recording sounds of various birds around . The property is nicly maintained . I personally feel that the food is fairly priced . Staff was friendly & humble. If someone likes pin drop peace , this is the place tobe .

Excellent and luxurious stay away from city. Between green mountains of uttarakhand. Best place to spend time with family

Stay was very nice cordial staff. Last 2. 5 km to reach resort is tricky drive. Food is good and net connectivity wifi was good

Extremely clean and very sweet staff members. They were there to assist us at all times. The rooms were spacious and the whole resort's location in general was magnificent. A part of the himalayan range was visible from the rooms as well. The restaurant had amazing food, which we couldn't stop ordering fr. Really an amazing place to visit during a vacation

Location is amazing. If you are looking a place far from city life then you can go for blusalz escapade, Shitlakhet. Food and staff is upto mark. View to himalayas are peaceful. I went with my 5 year daughter. She enjoyed the games in club house. Carrom, fooseball, snake and ladder, are there. Rooms are neat and clean. Only roads are the major problem near the resort. Like we faced bad roads for 15 km from the resort. It took 10 hours from delhi to reach there. The only thing which i need the management to upgrade is that kindly update their visitors about road as there are few roads which map cannot show as soon as you enter that road.

My husband and i stayed at anant rasa for 4 days. The property is situated at a secluded and peaceful location and is rich with beautiful varieties of flowers and plants. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. However, the best part of the property is the staff. We were looked after by vijay and pankaj in the restaurant who were always attentive and present. Chandan, the hotel manager was extremely helpful and jovial. Special mention to the chef who was excellent in the kitchen and the food served was amazing. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Reaching to the property was little challenging due to fog and heavy raining. At the same time name boards were missing. But once you reach there you forget all issues you faced. This is too good property. Good infrastructure with room heater.

Pros :1. No road for the last 2 kms. if you don't have SUV then you will regret your decision of booking this hotel.2. No mobile network. and surprisingly no Wifi as well. though says it has wifi. when I called reception he told that they have mention so because wifi is there in reception area which at least 400 meter away from rooms.3. No sunlight in the rooms which makes its very colder and if you ask for bonfire then you will be charged 2000rs extra3. The food menu is costlier than many of the 5star holets. 200+ tax for normal salad with few pieces of carrot cucumber onion and tomato . Roti 80rs + taxes. and food quality is like another local dhaba. 4. staff wear random dirty and torn clothes except the one sitting at reception. by the time they serve food in room it's already cold n hard.5. charged us 2000 as fine for plates for accidentally burned by bonfire woodprosview from only 5 Rooms and that you can get in any other hotel in almora.

Property was at the end of the village, no outside availability of food and all. Restaurants food was so expensive as per the property. No wifi extremely disappointed

Lovely stay, fantastic view and excellent food… full of natural beauty .. enjoyed a ton .. booked a room with balcony…a never ending view of mountains. It’s a wow experience…Keep it up !

Excellent location, staff behaviour was good. Ideal place for relaxation. One thing to be mentioned that wheel chairs or battery operated vehicle should be introduced for physically challenged people

I stayed for 2 nights at anant ras. It is a beautiful property inside a forest. Lovely, clean, well furnished rooms, very comfortable bed, running hot water available, clean, spacious washroom. Their food was delicious. Would especially like to thank kailash chandra at the front desk and bhaskar joshi, the manager for being super helpful, helping to arrange my transport to munsiyari and generally ensuring i was comfortable and safe (i was travel-ling solo. Would highly recommend this hotel and intend to come back with family for a longer stay.

Location was nice food was good when reached resort 1 :30 one of guys tell before check-in tim 2 we have charged 1000 rs.

Food choices were very limited

I love the location of the property. Complete himalayan range can be viewed from my room 105. Excellent hospitality.
