Yes. Not so good experience. Cleanliness is no where near to the hotel premises. Hospitality and staff’s behaviour needs lot of improvement. Latches of doors are such that they can turn the door to automatic opening door even if there is a gush of wind. Tv is of crt type and not working also. Not worth it. Regards

The experience was overall good. The owner Mr. Shah called us to confirm our booking and welcomed us wholeheartedly.. The location was beautiful and the room was neat and clean.. Hot water was provided on request easily.. Just two suggestions.. Firstly, no shampoo or shower gel was provided in the washroom..just 2 tiny soap bars for 2 adults.. the amount charged must include such basic toiletries.. And secondly, the quantity of snacks was not worth the price..11 pieces of aloo pakodas for rs 150.. never had such expensive pakodas.. However, Dinner quantity and quality was good.. Rest, the property was lovely and had a peaceful stay there.. 😌

I went along with my family and the experience was enthralling; kids really enjoyed the three days we spent there including cricket, badminton and carom board which they cherished a lot; owner of the property, mr. Hitesh not only coordinated the three days trip, but he ensured that we felt @ home; we did got a chance to meet him in person and he was really very humble and even greeted the kids with some complimentaries; he also provided some guidance for the places to visit and made the best utilization of our time; staff @ the property were very humble and cooperative and the services they provided were worth notable; all of the staff members prem, kamal, deepak and dhani singh really took great care of all of us and we all had a gala time; food served was like we're eating @ home; property is based @ location which presents a scenic beauty of the region and one can spend days admiring the picturistic and silent environment; it is very well maintained and there is lush greenery all along the property; i would strongly recommend for this property, if you are looking to spend quality time with your near ones and it is worth every penny you spend;

First of all this resort is in such an awesome place surrounded by greenery. I mean everything about this resort will bring calm and peace to your mind. The driver to hotel manager, everyone is so honest and professionally best to look to your safety and comfort, not to mention the hotel owner he is the most nicest human being. He made sure during my trip that I am totally comfortable. This resort is so beautifully architectured with lush greenery around it. I am definitely going to visit again.

We really like the place so much. We would like to visit again. The view from hotel is awesome and the place is so peaceful. All the staff of the hotel is very polite and cooperative. And I must include the important part food. Food there was very tasty and mouthwatering.

Rooms are spacious, clean and with a picturesque view. We went for the first time and had no idea what we were in for. 30+ Kms away from Almora when we saw the place we were in an awe. The huge balcony opens up to the most amazing view you can think of. The staff is friendly and the Owner Mr. Hitesh is a dynamic person and very helpful... Overall experience was amazing and we wish to go again.

It is good hotel. It is situated 25 km away from Almora. Hotel manager Mr Hitesh is cooperative person. You will find here peaceful environment. Hotel staff is also very sincere. Food is also very tasty. If you want peaceful environment you can choose this hotel.

The location was excellent. The quaint atmosphere and surreal surroundings made the trip memorable. Special mention of Mr Hitesh the proprietor and the courteous hotel staff who were ever eager to help. Looking forward to return back soon.

The location of the resort is wonderful with a view to the snow covered Himalayas on a clear day. But we faced some difficulties in locating the place as the hotel sign boards are not placed at major points. The room was big, neat and clean, with large glass windows and a beautiful terrace. The food cooked was very tasty. One has to order the food in advance. What the kids missed in the bathroom is the bath tub. The owner of the resort Mr. Hitesh took personal care of the comfort of the tourists. In a nutshell, it is worth spending here.
