Had an amazing stay at this homestay in Nainital! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained — every corner felt fresh and tidy. The staff and helpers were super polite, supportive, and always available to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience even better. The view from the property was absolutely stunning — waking up to the mountain and lake view every morning was a highlight. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway from the city rush. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nainital! 🌿✨

The service was very poor. The walls had seapage. Washroom ceilin had leakage. The bedsheet was dirty. 3 towels were provided for 5 people. Toiletries were not provided.

Sir, as a guarantee for us and its reliability is very high but our experience during Nainital stay was very bad. You told us that the check in time was 12:00 noon but they made us check in only after 2:00. There was no water supply in the kitchen and bathrooms which took many hours to be restored. Electricity supply was disrupted for 4 hours, there was no power backup except the inverter. There was no cook available to prepare the food, they brought food from the market and gave it to us.

The place was very beautiful and clean. It is same as shown in the pictures. The caretaker was very humble. We had a great time.

The property is good but the services are pathetic, they have appointed a care taker who was suppose to be available on the property from 9am till 7:30 pm but she was never available, we had to call multiple times and then she would come around 11:30 asking if you want break fast please let us know and on the day of checkout we were categorically told to vacate by 11 and can not be late. Zomato and Swiggy take 2 hrs to delvr the food and so called care takers also take same amount of time

It was plesent stay, the care taker and staff was really humble and very helpful l. We will love to stay again

View was good but bed linens not clean, also had some other issues location inaccurate by road its more than 2. 5 km. Peaceful stay away from mall road. Swiggy zomato not available plan your dinner accordingly

It was an amazing experience! This place has a wonderful vibe with peaceful surroundings! The caretaker made sure we were welcomed and enjoyed throughout the stay. The view from villa is fabulous, be it any time of the day. If you book this place you will see one of the beautiful sunrises (If you are a morning person 🙈) & sunset. Our stay at villa bliss golden sparrow was excellent. The villa contains every item for necessity and luxury; it also has a good view of the nainital lake. The villa is very much suitable for stay of 6-7 member family. The care taker meenuji was very cordial and helpful. As a whole our stay was really majestic and peaceful. Away from home we got full homely atmosphere.

Very well crafted rooms and ultimate privacy. Must recommend. We were two families and kinds have enjoyed a lot.

over all stay was satisfactory not excellent. the villa need maintenance in various parts. the housekeeping and basic amenities to be improved. about the location of the villa is slightly away from the mall road but it is ok. for elder people it might get problem due to no entry ⛔️ in nainetal mall road. in my view my overall stay was good.

Spacious rooms with beautiful interiors,modular kitchen with all the basic amenities,three bathrooms,two balconies,helpful staff. All in all an excellent stay with fond memories in Nainital

Neither so good not bad , don’t go with high expectations , however caretaker cook’s brilliant food with limited menu options but charges are equivalent to any restaurant , since property is based out in high altitude I don’t see you would rather try to go out , property is near to Mall Road but road to Vila can be adventure to you so be mindful to it .

We went with an extended family of 7 ppl to the property. Rooms had dampness and bad odour in all rooms though the view was good. The sheets, duets were smelling and the towels were all wet and damp. While the caretaker was courteous but her food were very oily and spicy. Pane-er was so red and oily that it hardly seemed like homefood and more like roadside hawkers food
