The stay in the property was comfortable at reasonable price. The staff was well behaved and helping in nature. The breakfast was served in room itself but was fresh, hot and delicious. The only point for which I have deducted a point is that location is little far from Mall Road and it is very difficult to drive to this place otherwise rooms were clean and well maintained.

Went with family and booked through MakeMyTrip, however the location is falsely represented 10 min walk-in distance from Mall road. Smelly washrooms. However, staff was very polite and helped us in every way possible. It was located in a remote location with no view. Evan the cab drivers were fining hard to reach there. The room was nice but smaller than what is shown in pictures. Room service is very quick but the food is pretty much average and location is not easily accessible

It was a good experience and nice location and also with good staff and near to naintal lake and with this price i am satisfied ✔️💯

Rooms are so small bathrooms are small. Restaurant service is not available. Everything serving in room. Even complementary breakfast they don't have buffet they serve limited breakfast in room. Not according to your choice. Both days same breakfast. Rate-wise not good. We think we have wasted money. Other hotels nearby so good
