Poor infrastructure, worst service, tasteless food

Roof of the hotel. Is leaking at many areas like lobby, in from of bathroom. I fact the room in which was starting is also leaking. Every time need to call up the room service. Rooms are stinking with bathroom smell. Food quality is poor. Service delivery is worst. Dont know why this hotel is running. Remove this hotel from your list of booking and safe people time and money

Reception staff is not cooperative. No toiletries was kept in the rooms. No room mate in certain rooms. Second day was too horrible because asking for toiletries three times but not supplied. Towels were not changed. *most important for hot water for bath we spoiled 2 and half hour. In one line *we make big mistake by choosing this hotel* is this resort? even though this is not feet in hotel category. In rooms wifi was not working.
