I am devender kumar sharma -stay in your hotel. Dated : 18th June to 22nd june' 2025.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to multiple issues:
The intercom was not working, making it difficult to reach reception or request services.
The television was not functioning, which was highly inconvenient, especially with a small child with us.
The Wi-Fi service was down, severely impacting our ability to work and communicate.
The reception manager arranged a cab at an unreasonably high price, clearly taking advantage of our situation. We felt helpless, especially traveling with a small child, and had no choice but to accept the arrangement.
This experience caused significant discomfort and distress during our stay. Given the poor service and the additional financial burden placed on us, I believe a partial or full refund is justified.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and process the refund at the earliest. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation.
