Experience was good. If you want a stay away from city noise & pollution then this is the right place for you. Food was good, Room was clean & staff behavior was good

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was well-maintained, and cleanliness was given top priority, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and provided a relaxing ambiance. One of the highlights of my stay was the food—absolutely delicious! A special thanks to Mr. Gargi, the chef, for preparing such amazing meals. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared, making dining here a delightful experience. Paneer butter masala being the best of all. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its hospitality, hygiene, and quality of service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely visit again!

Poor Stay
familyAmbience and location: 5/5, Service and cleanliness: 1/5 We recently stayed at this resort, and while the location and overall ambience were beautiful and easily accessible, the experience left much to be desired. We opted for a package that included both meals and accommodation, but the quality of the food was quite disappointing—limited variety and below-average taste, especially considering the high prices. The rooms, although equipped with amenities, were not cleaned properly. We found spider webs, dust, and an unclean bathroom, particularly the washbasin, which seemed to have been neglected for a long time. Despite staying for two nights, no housekeeping was done, and even basic requests like drinking water required multiple reminders. While the resort itself has great potential due to its stunning location, the lack of attention to cleanliness and service made the overall experience less enjoyable. Given the high prices, we expected much better service and cleanliness.

Hi Ekta, I am sorry to hear that you have faced issues at our property. We pride ourselves for providing the best service and stay experience to all our guests in the past. There are House keeping request cards in the drawers of the work table at the Hotel which the guests need to hang on their doors for a clean up of the room. We do it as and when the guest requests. Be it once a day or twice a day. There was no such request made by you to the staff. Housekeeping and cleanliness has never been an issue and if there was we apologize but in no way understand why you did not bring it up with the staff during your stay so that it could have been dealt with at the earliest. Secondly as per my conversation with the staff there was no issue with drinking water and it was provided as per request. There might have been a delay of five minutes which can happen at the very best of places. Thirdly our menu is readily available to all our guests on request and we have always been praised for the quality and taste of food. This is the first instance we have had any complaints regarding the food. There is always room for improvement and we will work on improving as per the feedback we get. Again I would like to reiterate that we strive to provide the best service and stay for our customers We are sorry that you had a bad experience due to lack of communication and would recommend you to visit again and give us a chance to make your next stay with us much better and satisfactory. The basic facilities not available. There was issue with bath room which they didn't revolved. But check for bathroom of room number 2

Location, property and staff all are best
coupleIt was great experience there, location of the property is awesome and beautifully designed. Room sizes are big with all modern facilities. Mr neeraj manager of the property is most humble and honest man who hosts like a family member. It was best experience there.

Stay was pleasent, provided good food service is also good. Best part looking for peaceful stay, must recommended, special thanks to mr. Neeraj for special care. Must visit for good ambience.
