It’s a heritage property with bful view nd ambience,we had a great experience at the property, food, high tea spcl arrangements for the festival, born fire, live music were the best part of the property. Room were gud but they need to renovate washrooms. Staff was polite nd helpful present for everything to fulfill all needs, shuttle service was gud to reach out the local area.

Had a perfect family stay Naini retreat nestled in nature with pitchersque view of the lake paired with royal feel of colonial architecture inspired property. Food is an amazing add on delight, pick any dish and it becomes your favorite (-ve) Food pricing is a bit on higher side though.. Staff is pleasing and made a memorable stay. The free shuttle service is a cherry on the cake.. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

Great experience overall! Excellent food, location is convenient, just that you have to be back from mall road before 8 pm from last hotel taxi, friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would love to visit again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hotel staff is all incredibly friendly local Pahadi people who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food was delicious, and the views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking. The shuttle service to the city was convenient and comfortable, adding to the overall ease of our trip. While there is some room for improvement in room maintenance, the warm hospitality and attentive service more than made up for it. A memorable experience — highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and soak in the beauty of the hills!

It was a perfect stay near nainital and was awesome ambience and location. Just you have make 50 steps down to reach hotel . Everything is expensive here so be prepared before booking this hotel. Food is awesome here.

Not worth the price.

I had booked their garden suits for around. The condition of the room was terrible. It was a small room with a stinky bathroom. There were no hand towels or space to hang hand towels in the bathroom. The condition of water bottles in the room were pathetic that I had to get mineral water to drink. The bed linen had stains on it. The food was so far average. Also they should mention that one has to take a flight of stairs to enter and exit the hotel. The only thing saving the hotel is the view.
