I'll start with a first note- It was a heavy season,with hotel almost fully booked
Parking - A little congested,but got a small spot to fit my car.
They have drivers who'll manage ur car after that.
Check in- I had requested for a early check in,but hardly got anything on that.
Room took a lot of time to get ready,and I hardly got my room 30 min prior to standard check in time.
I feel it cud have been arranged at a little priority since I was at the reception @9am to avoid traffic which is a problem at hill stations des days
Room- Clean,well decorated,no complaints..I hv almost stayed in Nainital, Shervani hilltop,ayar,channi raja.. Rooms I cn rate 4.5/5
The gem was in house shop (souvenir etc)
First time in my life I hv seen a shop selling stuff at competitive rates with market,and even cheaper
Coming to Kids play area etc- All good
Dinner was 4/5
Breakfast was very very good..The menu,taste,, remarkably good.. 5/5
Shuttle service available free of cost and handy
Overall a nice stay, recommended.
