Himalaica is a beautiful and serene place for a stay in the lap of nature. It’s like home away from home with all the comforts, lovely food and great hospitality. One of the best luxury stay in the hills. The stay is very comfortable for elderly people as well

The overall stay was good, everything was as per the expectation. Staff was so co-operative, nice services provided. The property was clean, safe and secure. Food quality was great. I can recommend this property to others.

It was a very fine stay, room was clean and secure, the staff was very friendly and co-operative. But the only issue was they charged extra for meals, property premises were clean and good. Yes, I will surely recommend this property to others in the future.

So I discovered this place while I was looking for some nice places to stay in Nainital on Google. It's definitely way more beautiful than it looks in the pictures available online. The owners, Dave family have built this property with sheer love and it's very much visible. Rooms are fantastic, interior is definitely self done by the family and the staff is very warm and courteous. Location is little far away from the Nainital Lake or the bus stop of Nainital. Himalaica is located on be walk Mukteshwar Road, perfect for those who like calm and serene locations rather than prime and crowded ones. The only issue was the pricing of the food. The food was nice and tasty. But little over priced given the fact that it's a home stay and we already pay a good amount for the rooms, per person for a breakfast was little over priced when all we had was omelette, toasted breads and tea. I had 3 meals at the property, 2 breakfasts and one dinner for which I paid per person, the only reason why I am rating it 4 stars otherwise it's definitely 5 stars. However, the property is beautiful and there are 3 dogs Raja, lama and Cyber who are very friendly and adorable. If you are a nature and dog lover book this place right away, well food can be taken care of anyway.

Its a hidden gem. You are surrounded by greenery. Food is great. Totally relaxing stay.
Lovely property. We soaked in the fresh air and sun. The conservatory is a lovely place to spend the evenings.

It's truly a second home. I was very apprehensive travelling with my infant son but the place and the people were warm and accommodating. It was the best holiday till date and we can't wait to go back again soon!
