Poorly maintained property, unclean and unhygienic. But good staff & foo
Seclude could have been such a nice property, but ends up providing a shoddy experience. The views are amazing but cleanliness is abyssmal. When we checked in, we were greeted by massive spiders in the bathroom (the image is of smaller one by the way), broken toilet seat, shabby upholstery, dust in all corners of the room, unclean stained pillow covers (which we got changed), broken fixtures and dirty switch boards. At the prices they charge (we paid for a night), this level of service is unacceptable! Stayed for one night (Simha room) and could not wait to get out of Seclude. Food and staff behavior was good, but overall the stay was a poor experience.

terrible location
The location was terrible no parking at all and even the hotel was so far from where the car could stop we had to walk soo much...then no option for breakfast only allo paratha ...for kid also no arrangement I had asked for khichdi in morning they didn’t make...

Terrible Stay
The property was not maintained at all. Bedsheets were dirty , dining hall was not clean. There was spider webs hanging around. Never visiting this property again

familyProperty was good and location was awesome, services were on time, there was ample support available to keep room warm, cleanliness was ensured. The only thing we aspired for, which they could have provided, was bon-fire but for some reason it wasn't arranged; food was good and properly was well maintained

Terrible location you can’t travel here with family. Staff don’t give a f*. Property was poorly maintained. There was no other guest apart from us. There’s nothing within 20 km of this property. Book at your own risk.

Excellent stay
familySeclude as a property is amazing. Travel-led with a friend and we loved the stay. Choose the vasanth room as the view is amazing. Rooms are kept clean, and the food is amazing tastes homely. Raj and mohan at the property were very helpful. Overall, everything about this property is good if you are looking for a complete getaway from city hustle. The only feedback is that the road and hotel signage could be better

our stay in seclude cliff’s edge resort was ok ok kind of…i mean the weather and the view from there was very pretty …we had booked one vasant room which was very spacious and beautiful but in the washroom the water supply was not adequate, which we didn’t expect after paying that much…2nd room was grishm..which had the same view but it’s ceiling was not well maintained…in menu, we had limited options although food was good…accessibility is a big issue…even the parking is not well maintained…barbecue charges are very high and that too per person….i would also suggest them to develop a kids area there…inside the room, they provide almost all basic amenities which is good…
