staff was not good. worst experience . several times make call but they are not pick the phone. worthless

Pathetic hotel, untidy. Food quality is really poor. Also remember they would not offer what they promised. MMT IS CHARGING LOT THEN THIS HOTEL ACTUAL WORTH. My family felt skin allergies after sleeping on bed and blankets. Smelling shit . Also the location is Pathetic will surely ruin your vehicle tyres .

Worst Hotel Experience Ever This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, I had booked specific rooms in advance, but they shamelessly gave me completely different rooms without any explanation. The condition of the room was horrible broken door handles, dirty walls, and a disgusting smell all around. When I asked them to spray a room freshener, they simply ignored it. On top of that, the hygiene was shockingly bad. There were cockroaches crawling around the room, the bathroom was filthy, and it looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in days. It was honestly hard to even stay for the night. The staff was careless and didn’t care about customer comfort or complaints. I would strongly suggest everyone to avoid this hotel — it’s not worth your money

Very good location , peaceful environment and very good behavior of staff with delicious food.

The rooms were not as per the pics shown. Luxury and deluxe rooms should not be messy and unclean. The staff was also very rude

Reason for giving 2 number 1 - worst service givej by staff 2- Food quality was too bad 3- Staff rude behavior 4- Geysor facility was not dere but in make it trip it show the hotel has geyser facility- for this My child 8 month old suffer

This is very good hotel , the view from hotel is very very good , the manager of hotel jagdish pandey is very helpful and respect ful , for your family trip this is very nice to stay for 3 or 4 days ,also I like food of this hotel but the price of tea is little bit expensive according to the amount, and the service is very good and responsive ,the staff is very good and polite.

King room is very nice. Food provided in hotel is also good.. Location is very nice. But there is no market near the hotel...

What a terrible experience it was we don't have water in morning for washroom and bath also, very bad behaviour of staff person and even more not having facilities given : not bath towel , rooms are not so clean,

Renovation work is in progress . Only 3 people’s are managing . No proper cleaning. Towels missing . Poor room service

Very good people who take care of the hotel but the room lacks cleaning and the side activities like planet watching, bonfire and live music mainly during off seasons.

Hotel was under construction,staff was not answering and service was pathetic..I ask everyone to avoid these kind of cheap hotels..even I had to stay Rhee for 2 nights but I checked out one day before because of their poor behaviour and attitude

Property not as photo available. Finishing is not good. Required repair work. Hotel is very step down from road. Tough to go down by car.
