sagar mehara the care taker is nice n so much hardworking as well .. but property needs renovation n some good maintenance... we book family room but not much satisfied because of no toiletries n amenities provided by hotel even room not that much clean ... what they showed in images are totally different.price is hight according to facility . loction is peaceful

Property was like a bunglow full with greenery. We enjoyed a lot here.The valley view right from here was very beautifull.The food quality was good nd the staff was very supportive. If I get another chance to visit in nainital I will surely prefer to stay here

view from property is excellent , location is remote from where pickup and drop is tedious,needs to improve washrooms,suite is not exactly suite with single bathroom that too small, else both staff and owner are very cooperative and humble, but need to work on these.

Set in a quiet hill side, behind the Cantonment area not far from the Mall Road and Nainital Lake, it was a very quiet location and no disturbances. Spent 2 nights there and felt very good about the whole setup. Good food though did not order much being diabetic and on keto diet. My daughter had Aaloo achari paratha with curd and shared a few bites, was lovely. I had my evening and morning tea sitting out in the many balconies they have overlooking the mountain side on south and west, lovely tea time. Longer stay with family would be relaxing and rejuvenating for sure. Good experience in the end.

This is not like that they viewed . Cockroach and jhingur inside the , our experience is very bad . I can’t advise any one to came here.

it's a terrible DIRTY property it all wasted our plan and spoil our mood to begin with we changed 3 rooms in search of a clean one but ended up with a room full of insects flying dead cockroaches a big spider hiding behind the cupboard the room had cobwebs such a filthy toilet has hell lot of drainage smell and upon complaining about all this the care taker says acha baat karta hu sir se. the tv doesn't work and has no recharges they give u climate reasons to cover up no recreation activities are working all are scrapped and has webs all over the kitchen is run by a family and dont expect any great spread on food they give u 2 3 choices for food thts it then the hoise ladies cook n give it to you but dont dare to eat it in the garden as insects ply on your food immediately.this property has a damn scary road which is a nightmare no parking you have to park it on the road in front of the property and wlk down the property the unclean filthy toilet stinks day and night..with so many issues the care taker is least bother to solve any. we didnt even unpack our bags and didnt take even a bath on the check out day and left the property at 6.30 am when asked can they pack the breakfast for us he started telling me hotel rules and charges and cant do that ..a worst hotel i ever booked in my life time travel only 1 good thing is ot has a valley view thats it..and to support my review pls see the pictures attached which are real true and dont fall prey to this filthy property and make my trip is selling this dirty hotel .this is not even worth 500 a night wasted my money and holiday at nainital

It is very far from the resort and the road is very dangerous. It doesnt look like a resort or a hotel bathroom is dirty room were not clean the only thing i loved is the view from the hotel rest everything is average .

Mr. Sagar was very helpful he has make every possible way to make our Nainital tour convenient . Though it is far from city main area but still pleasant stay . He has arranged a cab for my 3 days tour

we had booked the family suite room. the room was good. however the bathrooms could be better. the cleanliness and maintenance was not good. breakfast food was awesome. the view from the hotel was phenomenal. we even had monkeys visiting us. the service was not prompt in the afternoon though. the hotel was difficult to find as we need to take a specific bend. overall average experience.

ankit &, amit are the most amazing host I have encountered. They don't only tend to go out of the way .they will make sure to love them. amazing hosts. Do try there ganderi chicken & pahadi chicken. Special shout out to pawan,he will serve you like your own. visiting soon again

Away from the main area, it's a cozy small hotel. Very supportive staff (Sagar) and an extremely helpful and cheerful owner (Ankit) who is available on site most of the time. He also helped coordinate a safari for me at Jim Corbett National Park.

Excellent location with a delicious food experience and soft behavior of staff with smile. Never visited this type of property.

This property is situated at an amazing location away from the hustle and bustle of the city traffic. It comes with a great view and provides a 360° view of the mountains from the terrace. The hospitality and staff has been very cooperative and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great and peaceful stay near nainital.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hi, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Small property, out of city hustle bustle, well maintained and The location is very nice, you get to see a nice view of valley and mountains. We had booked a Deluxe room but got upgraded to a Family suite. It was a nice gesture from the hotel management. The food is homely and service is awesome. Special thanks to Mr Sanjay who took a very good care of us during the entire stay. Will definitely like to visit again.

The location is nestled in the lap of nature, surrounded by lush green hills and a serene environment. The owner, mr. Ankit, was very welcoming and attentive. The food was also quite good. While the property is a bit away from the main city of nainital, it is perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature. Additionally, the owner arranges transportation for drop-off and pick-up, which is very convient.
