Review Of Prim Rose(walkable distance from mall road and In-house parking)

It was a pathetic experience at this hotel. I suggest everyone to not go on pictures they have showed. Actual room is totally different. Not having proper bathroom if you are hygiene person. Bad smell in room always there. Taps are not properly maintained.

Pros: 1. The hotel does offer a parking facility, which is convenient. Cons: 1. There is no proper lake view from the property, which was disappointing given the location. 2. Hot water is only available between 8 AM and 11 AM — highly inconvenient for guests with different schedules. 3. The food quality is average; we tried both breakfast and dinner, and neither stood out. 4. The stay charges are on the higher side compared to other nearby hotels that offer a great lake view and parking. 5. During our stay, only one staff member assisted us, and we gave him a tip during checkout. However, as we reached our car, 3–4 other staff members surrounded us, apparently expecting a tip as well. This made us feel uncomfortable.

The location of the place is Amazon just facing the Nainital lake. Staff service is quick. Overall good.

Hotel is at a prime location with ample parking. Renovation needs to be done as the rooms are not well maintained. Rest is all good.

1.Location was good 2.But washroom was terrible. washroom pot jet spray was not working 3.No geyser facility available hot water coming between 8:00am to 12:00PM only 4.Rooms don't have proper view of lakes because of tree 5.major thing is washroom was not clean and bit of dirty smell was coming from room

If ur looking for stay with parking then please select another one. if ur only planning for hotel , then choose another one.. stinky room with issue with cleanliness. and in view of lake view, u will end up with parking view and tree view. stay away form this property. genuine view.

all staff very supportive and good and all facilities very good and i have only one concern i bought toast butter is there 2 slice in one bread 65rs its my point of view expensive but another all very good All staff are very supportive and good, and all facilities are very good. Cutlery and kettle was not clean, everything was that dirty that we could’nt even order tea and had to come down on mall road at 8 am for breakfast.

It was emmense pleasure dealing with make my trip . It was so easy and accessible to enjoy vaccation . Without any tension of hotels bookings. Thanx a lot
