Review Of Balaut Resort Nainital

They have taken our ids at about 11 AM but told us to wait 10-15 mins and allowed us to check in by 12 PM,staff is very rude,they do not provide towels,they do not allow food in the room overall pathetic experience.won’t suggest this place to anyone

Stay was soo good as always i came here 3rd time for my Nainital trip its pretty awesome place peaceful and very beautiful location you can enjoy here soo much staff was soo good specially Pan Singh attend us and Provide good Hospitality.... thanks we will again visit this place

a night before hotel staff called around 9 PM and requested to cancel the stay as their inventory was full but because of negligence fault the booking happened. after that I raised a query regarding this and they also commit that the error was on their part and suggested new locations which was not good and in the next day because of long weekend good options were not available as in last have to consider another option which was not upto the mark. don't know whose fault but in the end consumers suffer.

Need improvement in service

Hotel is bit far from main city.The road is not so good. The staff is good. No hygiene is maintained. Ants and bugs are in bedroom. Bugs are found in food .🤢🤢🤮🤮

I just want to comment on how outstanding our stay was at this resort 26-27 june. The rooms, facilities were excellent. From the floral garland arrival to the tour of the property, discussions of the sustainability programs, to the meals, cooking with the chef, the games activities, dancing demonstration and the historic videos. Everything was perfect. Pan singh were great hosts - all the staff made our stay very special. We have been raving about it to all our friends - encouraging them to come to your marvelous resort. Thankyou so much.

Road to the location is not good. Food was amazing but lot of issues in the room - bugs, remote issues and water issues in the bathroom; but the staff was cooperative moderately

it was just an awesome experience. Pan Singh is the person you are going to meet there and he is simply a super guy. he is quite humble and nice who will help you for everything you need there. and the cook mohan Singh makes the food an amazing experience. you must visit this place for an amazing experience. you must and must visit this place.

Location good, facilities are good. Food good, staff behaviour good. It was surprised for us that near to haldwani such beautiful resort available. Exhaust fan to be installed in wash room.

I heard this resort by one of my friend and decide to stay and relax here for three days. I wanted to stay at one place for relaxing purpose and spend time with my family. For this purpose this location is best. Resort having bar and nice dining arrangements inside as well as outside. Rooms are clean and big. Swimming pool facility is also available and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, specially pan singh. It's a kid friendly resort. Top of that location is beautiful. Surrounding by hills from all side. Just 200m ahead hill river is flowing which is good for picnic. If you wake up in the morning around 7am, can see some beautiful birds. Food quality is also good.

Hi there were two concern in this property 1- in bathroom don’t have exhaust option so once will use bathroom smell is all over the room. No any view points from the room 2- service is quite slow 3- network connectivity is issue

First of all i had to wait for an hour on the gate, the swimming pool was not operational besides it was mentioned that it's working. I had booked the room for triple occupancy and no extra bed was provided. Sleepless night it was as we had to adjust three people on a bed.

I was a little sceptical before choosing a off beat location. But to my surprise balaut came out as an hidden gem. Very very beautiful location. Food is good and staff is helpful. I recommend this resort to everyone. Good job balaut resort.

An excellent resort just next to kathgodam railway station. Staffs were courteous and friendly. My family enjoyed the stay

Food good but very slow service, i think due to less staff. Everything takes time like cleaning room, food delivery or cleaning etc

The resort is situated at very beautiful location along with river side. The cottages needs to upgraded in terms of facilities. The washrooms are not hot i mark.

Way is terrible, landslide road, as per our expectation not found any kind of adventure activity, food good, amenities & services nice.
