Stay is very nice and comfortable It was in very prime location really on the Mall Road of Shimla. Fooding is good 👍 Neat and clean rooms and bathroom and view from room is awesome

very bad experience poor service dirty room it's really bad experience for me if u r interested in this hotel i suggest another hotel search

While the hotel's location was convenient, my stay was quite disappointing. The room didn't live up to the pictures I saw when booking – it felt much smaller than expected. During our two-night stay, the room wasn't cleaned at all, and we even had to ask for toilet paper, receiving only a tiny roll for two people. Basic toiletries like shower gel and toothpaste were also missing. Although the manager was arrogant, his son and the rest of the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, my bad experience continued when I had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning toilet flush. If room options are presented, everything in those rooms should be in working order.

The place is nice. Particularly the location of the place is very convenient as you can easily come to the high court parking and have to climb nearly 10 stairs to reach the hotel at a beautiful location on the mall road. The rooms were good. "hotel cosmos" is certainly a very good place to stay in shimla that i can surely recommend

condition of the deluxe room is realy bad..broken bed broken geyser cracked wall paint.....very old model windows......make my trip makes me disappointed.......I have some pics as per above description....

Very bad room according to price. Price is same as ramada hotel. But quality and stay was so poor. No parking facility. Poor service. Not satisfied. Its horrible.

It's very old property and in a bad shape. They have tie up with a Dhaba for kitchen. Staff was not very courteous. Water was provided in damaged and dirty electric cattles without any cable. Furniture and Toilet including doors and windows are in bad shape. For toiletries we were provided only two soaps and on enquiring we were told that whatever is available in room only is provided and no additional thing will be provided. They did not care to provide umbrella for shifting the luggage which needs to be taken up from the place uptil where the vehicle comes (almost two floors). Luggage shifting is chargeable.

Hotel staffs are well behaved, food is good. We anticipated better cleanliness post looking at the pictures in mmt. Yet a good experience overall.

Very bad smelling rooms bedsheets and blanket cover was very dirty, washroom has foul smell and service was also not good

The rooms were very small. The room service was good. The whole place was stinking with the smell of cigarettes. Rest was ok.

As we see hotel on website. Looks very good but as actual, it’s opposite, room and washroom size are very small. As compact the rate, in this rate lot of option available in shimla. All over not justified the rate.

Wonderful location at mall road and very near to ridge. Very polite owner and good and supportive behaviour staff members.

The hotel is good situated bang on mall road and offers lift facility and open terrace was also good which many other hotels in the nearby don’t offer
