Review Of HOTEL PRESTIGE The Mall Road

The location is good. Food is good quality. Service and amenities all are good. The behaviour of staffs is very good. But I think there needs improvement in room. I stayed in family room. Some part of the wall is not in good condition.

It has contained very suitable area and good locality. Behavior of staffs were so good and hygiene atmosphere. Thank you hotel Prestige, Simla

Hotel prestige is located on mall road adjacent to the lift. It is a nice property with decent food and all facilities.

The Property's Location is not in a good place. we have to travel downstairs and the stairs are horrible.

I paid 1000₹ extra for the view ,else all service good,40-50 stairs from hotel to mall road is a big challenge.

1. no proper bottle storage for water. Every time we got to request via call or go to the reception. 2. ⁠old and poor design of the building and floor numbers. Floor numbers are confusing. 3. ⁠no lift 4. ⁠no proper marking of the hotel to reach at the hotel. 5. Amateur staffs

The Actual Room was totally different than the picture upload on your website... I am damm sure they have changed the room which I booked... The room was 10x10 with no vantilation, the bathroom has no exhaust fan..... I am highly diappointed with you this time and it might be the last time I bookd with you people.......

Property location was not good ....about 150-200 stairs from road level to reach property .... And other thing is that once we booked room and reached near by property they didn't help us for picking luggage. after we checked out then they charged 100 rs.for dropping luggages.

walking distance from mall road and ridge shimla, clean room, stayed for just one night. no open space only room is there

Location at Mall Road and near Lift of Mall Road. Food was decent. Amenities and services were also decent

nice room condition Clean and fresh bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets). Spotless bathroom with disinfected surfaces, fresh towels, and clean toiletries. No dust, stains, or odors in the room or on furniture. Regular housekeeping service to maintain hygiene during stay. 🌡️ Comfortable Environment Proper ventilation and air circulation. Functioning air conditioning/heating system to maintain a comfortable temperature. Quiet surroundings with good soundproofing to avoid noise from outside or other rooms.

Hotel was at good location. Food was ready all d times v v delicious food .staff was very nice all the owner were very hospitable..every thing was fine .rooms were good staff was very cooperative

The best part about this hotel is Location… very close to the lift from where you enter into SHIMLA Mall Road … Do Not look for this hotel if you’re elderly person as it is about 50 steep steps down from the Mall Road … at this price point… the hotel is ok … staff is good .. mostly young boys … this hotel is close to good food joints so one need not worry about that … both budget restaurants as well as multi cuisine ones … with 2-3 bars also around the corner with live music ..have fun .. 🍻

Not clean, with a damp wall with a foul smell. poor maintenance, not liked it. what charges you have taken is higher as per room standard. The location is good near to mall road and ridge, though it's the middle location will be an issue for elders to climb stairs.

Property location is at ok place, staff is very polite and humble but be ready to walk on lot of stairs, mall road is nearby just 40-50 stairs away. Don’t expect much from room, those are just average and there is lot of continues noise of some machinery which makes difficult to sleep.

room was nice near and clean hotel is good but car parking arrangement was poor. no one came from hotel for taking luggage. hotel at top car was at down. we got tied in up and down. I think hotel must be responsible for carrying luggage from parking. overall bad trip as compared to dalhousie.
