Review Of Honeybee Resorts

It was overall an unpleasant experience staying at Honeybess Resorts. The noise at the pool area, no phone service to contact the reception desk or the room service. Food service was very unhygienic. Room was with pests around. Overall a pathetic experience.

As soon as we entered hotel, there was a strong smell of phenyl, which made it feel like we were in a hospital. The furniture was old, and due to that, there was crockroache on the the floor, especially in the washroom. The fan was unclean. There was no intercom system — we had to use our own mobile phones to call for room service. When we asked for a towel for the swimming pool, we were told to use the one from the room, and the next day, when we asked for another for bathing, we weren't given one. Not happy 😔

"The reality is completely different from what you show in the pictures. The lights kept flickering on and off. Breakfast was not served on time. There were no towels, no soap—no basic facilities at all. Even the bed was very small. The resort was very poor compared to the price."

Food good, amenities excellent, service good. We ordered french fries and pasta, taste good. Pool side ambience is amazing.

Pool was good, room was untidy and low grade than expected, no value to money, should avoid this resort.

Those we require quite place with private like swimming pool ...Staff is co-operative Restaurant food having Good quality...Service time can be improved but it's ok as customised food order ... safety is Good Gym available if u are Gym love & can not live without workout .

Bathroom toiletries are very poor shower jel or shop fill litte bit. And hand wash was a joke only jags no shop😀 no intercoms in the room to easy approach to reception. In the morning check out time was fix but break fast was not ready at 8/30 am how one can check out in short time after break fast? Room was ok . Bathroom is ok. Toilet roll is not enough they put half roll of it . And no shop and shampoo in bathroom. Can’t recommend my friends and family or any one

After informing at reception multiple times, that light is not working in the washroom. They did not do anything.

Stay was good, the room has highway view so little time pass with children. Food was good as well. Cafe food was also good. Slightly delayed in getting food that was ordered. Swimming pool is big, they have a pretty good gym with all equipments.

Good property, clean rooms, staff is very cooperative. We had a problem with ac it was solved immediately. Swimming pool is nice and clean. Very near by from the lonavala market. Good budget stay. Had a great time.

Room stay - good bathroom - good food - average and costly ac - its not in proper working condition, room was not cool for whole night. Breakfast - not enough items in menu

Our stay at Honeybee was superb...the service is they provided was excellent...the breakfast was delicious...the staff was very humble and polite...in all was an adventurous and beautiful experience 😍

Start from arrival the hotel manager was helpful alloyed the room in giving time and the hotel staff and maushi was very helpful food was good overalls happy stay

We stayed for 3 nights over there. The staff was not professional enough. We had to ask for breakfast every day though it is included. First-day they had given us two rooms saying deluxe suits on ground floor. But both the rooms were without any windows and one of the rooms has only one bulb! so we changed the rooms on first floor. All three days we were alone in the resort out of 12 to 14 rooms. Rooms are ok but no live atmosphere. There is one cafe but i had not seen any one overthere. So my rating is 2 out of 5.
