Good facilities. Room heater. Electric blanket. Location is also good. Good is amazing. But yes at higher cost. Good alternative to pine and hill resort.

The bed and toilet was clean and warm, heater was also very good food was also excellent, i was surprised and awed by the snow handing from hotel canopy roof and took rope light added beauty to the scene and pristine

Very shabby hotel, dirty carpets, garbage all over the floor, food layout unimpressive. Heevan Hotel just next door is much better for the same price.

Best service in Gulmarg in this amount, I paid 7K for 3 nights with all meals and I must say it was perfect in winterS.

That hotel is a horror and it is not worst of that value, that I have spent for it. You should really do a better work.

Had a good stay.The room was centrally heated with nice amenities. We had issues with hot water supply though the staff was ready to help.

The experience was horrible to say the least. We felt absolutely cheated as we were provided a 8ft x 8ft room with 3ft x 3ft toilet against our booking for deluxe room. No place in the room for any furniture except for the bed. Water was dripping from everywhere in the toilet except from it was supposed to come. Carpets were dirty and shabby. We had to plead to change the bed linen & towels as the ones offered initially were dirty and looked used. If this is the deluxe room of the hotel, we wonder what they will offer in the standard rooms, probably a place under a staircase! It was indeed a nightmare staying in this hotel.

Hotel, service, food was good, staff was helpful. In all, stay was pleasing & hasslefree.

Good meals. Kind staff. The problem was the power and the heating.

Although the staff is eager to help and very friendly, the condition of this hotel is poor. The electricity works occasionally, the heating is virtually non-existent and the general standard of the hotel is poor compared to other hotels in Gulmarg. It was reasonably warm (around 0 degrees) when we stayed here - I can't even imagine how cold it must be in proper winter.

Located at best location in Gulmarg, Nearby to Gandola, staff is good and courteous, Quick to react and respond. Would suggest to use this property.

Nice place. The view from hotel was mesmerizing. I will prefer going to Gulmarg during summer vaccation next time so that incan enjoy more. Overall it was a very good experience. I can give 3 star to this hotel.
