groupWe were denied pure booked room and were made to wait outside at a freezing cold weather. Manager had given room to someone else without consulting us and then was not willing to meet/speak over phone to give a justification. 4 of us were made to stay at managers room for that day as no other room was empty. They charged full money and gave away the rooms to a different tourist group. No alternative contact was provided and no one answered the phone when we were trying to call at that number. Overall very bad experience.

coupleThis hotel is located at a very nice location. Food served was excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and hot. We didn't felt any discomfort at all during our stay in winter. I recommend it to every couple and family out there.

The staffs didn't not even made the bed once. They will just put you there and forget about you. The food is very bad. The staffs demand tips directly on your face even if they didn't do their job

familyWorst location, no proper way to go
Very disappointed by service given by makemytrip n book staff. In the end at night time they provide me staff room to sleep. Aft paying 8200 i stay in staff room at gulmarg
