Review Of Golden Springs

Terrible experience with Golden Springs hotel at Ooty. Not even worthy. Rooms are not clean and care takers inner wears are all over the steps for drying. Fully money minded people at the receptionist trying to loot extra money with the help of MakeMyTrip customer support. This is my first booking with MakeMyTrip, I will never use this app for booking anymore. Their customer support blindly follow receptionist words rather supporting the customers. Do not book this hotel, you have better other options in Ooty. Images added in MakeMyTrip is pretty old and you will disappoint when you actually see this property.

Cleanliness and Hygiene was good.. Service was little slow as there was only person to maintain.. Decent location..

I wish I could rate the hotel in minus. It was a horrifying and pathetic experience. Everything in the hotel is a full mess. Extreme unhygienic, rooms were dirty. None of the facilities, that were mentioned at the time of booking, were available - No Kettle, No Telephone, No Front Desk, No Food, No Room service, non-availability of drinking water, No parking. Bed lining and blankets were dirty. Bathroom has foul smell. I have never experienced such a pathetic hotel in past. Not only that, they charged 1200/- for breakfast, but did not provide any breakfast and did not refund the amount either. I would strongly advise travelers not to book this hotel, even if this is the only choice left to stay.

It is a good place to stay as it provides good services for the guests. They actually provide better guidance for the guests, and they even provide cab services upon request. The person responsible for the property is very approachable and polite to talk to

I booked this stay and met an accident while going to the stay and when I informed regarding this to the stay owner through MMP they denied to make refund inspite of knowing the situation.

Location is good, but there are not much facilities they have mentioned especially always we have to ask turn on geyser which is horrible in that cold location

Hotel location is too good, has balcony view from the room, with its low cost it's, it's worth, but facilities wise don't expect much, you can have decent stay with good scenic view. Has 15 leters geyser in bathroom for hot water which is must in this location, care taker krishna is helpfull.

Good but little stinking so little marinara required towards hygiene. Otherwise all were good and people also so much supportive and helpful in nature

We had a great experience in the hotel. Rooms were huge and bathrooms were clean. The best part was hill view from the balcony.

Wash room is at worst condition. No proper drinking water, no proper parking, poor roonlm service.

Pet not allowed, mmt provided new booking but it was too far. I never stayed here but asking for review(
