Review Of HOTEL CLOUDS BAY

After this stay, i have lost on Make my trip app, it's a horrible stay in Ooty. There is nothing to mention in my review comments. Now it's better to search for a hotel personally. To maintain the customers trust in MMT, yearly audit shall be done for third class hotels. Based on audit hotels shall be maintained in the MMT list.

For cauvery suits not satisfied there was no electricity in afternoon it was said generator was used only night time

Stay was good... But neatness is very important... Bed sheet is dirty...They are not give proper response for changing bed spreads.. Room was not clean Routine daily... Restaurant Food was good but price was little bit more....

bath room was below standard, blanket was not covered it was dirty and sabby, how ever when we complained they covered the blanket. 2 .the cab you provided charged nearly 200 rs . more. All together I had a bad feeling.

the hotel was good with good ambience. the location of hotel is on the top of the hill. view is good

Location is ok but room is not upto the mark and expectation. Food is also ok kind. Room service is propmt but do not understand hindi
