nice hotel very neat and clean,,, on prime loaction.....staff are well behaved ....rooms are premium

The property was not maintained properly. The taps in the washroom were broke. The bedding was uncomfortable and there was smoking smell in the corridors.

I stayed 2 days in that property both the days television was not working, washroom tap is not fixed properly is was shaking

Simply put it was pathetic hotel 1) I stayed in Room 202...The cupboard door was broken and one of the doors was missing....Even the one door whichw as available was half stuck and could not be moved easily 2) The flooring in the room was damaged 3) The toilets eat had lot of stains and was looking really dirty 4) The locker provided was stuck and could not be used 5) No tissues provided in the room 6) The new towels provided had blood stains on them 7) The mattress was in terrible condition and when you lie down, it sinks down completely

We stayed for 2 days for admission of my daughter and services were really good. Breakfast was very tasty and healthy.

had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, easily accessible and well-connected. The food quality is really good, fresh and delicious with a decent variety. Service was satisfactory, the staff were polite and helpful. However, the bathroom condition needs a little improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. If that’s taken care of, the experience would be even better.

My stay was terrible. The reception staff was unprofessional and rude. The rooms on the first floor were in bad condition; all the bathroom fittings were loose, and the rooms had a very unpleasant smell. The hotel staff was just as disappointing as I could have imagined.
