Terrible Stay
I have sent my comments already in several mails. But the most unfortunate thing was the uncooperative attitude from MMT. MMT has not taken any responsibility and actually refused to help me when I was in trouble. I doubt whether I will ever use the services of MMT in future.

not so great
There were no toiletries provided, plus the ac wasnt working as in it would have been forced to be at 28, and the staff said this is the best we have, receptionist was nice, but the room taker wasn’t, he was sarcastically rude, but what else would you even expect in that budget. Overall room was okay, washroom was okay but had spiders and spiderwebs all over

We regret that toiletries were not provided, the AC did not function as expected, and the behavior of our staff was not up to the mark. Cleanliness issues in the washroom are also noted with concern. This is not the experience we wish to offer our guests. The feedback has been shared with the concerned team, and corrective measures have been taken to improve facilities, hygiene, and staff training. We deeply regret the experience caused. Issues have been resolved now.
Poor Stay
The bathroom was dirty and there was water leakage around the wash basin. The hotel entrance is very bad.

Perfect rooms size and quality
Value for money rooms, with a fantastic location, very close to the main road and nearby market. I loved the hospitality of the staff as they were so helpful. The room size and quality was impressive according to the money paid.

I did not stay at A K Villa. Fab Hotel accommodated me at Fab Hotel Sunrise Villa in Kalkaji. The property is not good enough. But hotel staff were good.

Terrible Stay
I reached there after my booking through MMT just to hear that they don’t have any spare rooms. In the middle of night I was wandering around calling customer care but the response was nill. After a while I received a call from them , they did their best to readjust me but were unsuccessful. I’m still waiting for my refund.
