The rooms were not matching exactly like the the description, rooms are small, we booked luxury Forest and Mountain View rooms, which is misleading. You get a very foul view. Staff was not at all helpful.. even at the time of parking the car, the person who was sitting on the reception was not at all interested in guiding us busy talking on phone with a girl. They charged additional amount for water bottles. At the time of the breakfast, next morning, the waiter was not at all interested in serving the food. When asked he said there is no buffet, but you can order when asked for the menu. He only give us a list of three dishes when asked for and pressurised, then only he served The breakfast. Overall, on the hygienic sense room was very dusty. Washroom was not clean. Even the wardrobe was not working properly. Location of the hotel, Honavar secluded place in Rishikesh, so you cannot go for food outside the hotel. You have to take your car. There was no proper parking in the hotel and from the main road to the hotel. It was a dangerous, narrow, steep alley. I want suggest this to families and couples.
